An inlet for loading and discharge of the material into and from the interior space is provided and the internal, intermediate, and external layer openings are coupled to the inlet to allow the entrance of material into the interior space. The intermediate layer is a non-woven geotextile and the external layer is a non-woven geotextile of high density polyethylene.
