A nutritional composition as in claim 1, which is in the form of an infant formula, follow-on formula, toddler's beverage, milk yogurt, fruit juice, fruit-based drink, candy, chewing gum, or a lozenge. 14. A method of increasing the amount of Bifidobacteria and inhibiting the binding of pathogenic bacteria in a human, comprising administering to said human nutritional composition comprising oligofructose and sialyllactose.
