The bracket is rotatably secured to the leg. When a user kicks or otherwise rotates the leg with a sufficient force, the ball bearing can move from one depression to another depression. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 2, wherein the doll is formed with a fitting hole through which the outer bar passes, the second transmission body being disposed on the inner wall of the fitting hole. 4. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 2, wherein the two transmission bodies are elongated strips in parallel to the axis of the rotary bar. 5. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 4, wherein the doll is formed with a fitting hole through which the outer bar passes, the second transmission body being fixedly disposed on the inner wall of the fitting hole along the axis of the rotary bar. 6. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first transmission body is integrally formed with the inner bar and the second transmission body is integrally formed with the doll. 7. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 4, wherein one end of the first transmission body is connected with the inner bar, while the other end thereof is engaged with the transmission means, the second transmission body being connected with the doll. 8. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 2, wherein the transmission means is a gear set including several gears engaged with each other, a gear positioned at one end serving as the power input end, a gear positioned at the other end serving as the power output end, the two transmission bodies being two racks respectively meshing with the input end and output end. 9. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 8, wherein the rotational speed of the power output end is greater than the rotational speed of the power input end. 10. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 8, wherein the transmission means further includes a casing in which the gears are mounted, the casing being disposed in the outer bar. 11. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 10, wherein the outer bar is formed with at least one window, the transmission means being mounted in the outer bar through the window. 12. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 11, herein an outer wall of the casing is formed with a predetermined number of engaging sections for engaging with an inner wall of the outer bar. 13. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 10, wherein the at least one end of the casing is formed with a small frame, whereby the first transmission body extends through the small frame into the transmission means. 14. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transmission means serves to convert the transmitted power, whereby the power of the power input end is unequal to the power of the power output end. 15. The rotary bar for the game table as claimed in claim 1, wherein when operating the inner bar to slide, the movement of the doll is larger than the movement of the inner bar. 16.
