A multi-stage tricycle, comprising: a tricycle body including frames, wheels under the frames, and pedals for rotating the wheels, said frames including a front frame and rear frame, said front frame including a front fork and handlebars, a single front wheel rotatably coupled to said front fork, said rear frame including a rear portion with opposite sides, opposite rear wheels rotatably coupled to the opposite sides of the rear portion of the rear frame, a saddle carried by the rear frame, an arcuate bottom rack including a rear portion rotatably coupled to said cycle body and a front portion distal of said rear portion, wherein said multi-stage tricycle includes a first stage where said arcuate bottom rack is rotated below said tricycle body, bows downward, contacts the ground and supports said cycle body for rocking movement of the tricycle by a child on the tricycle, a second stage where said arcuate bottom rack is rotated and erected behind said tricycle body, does not support said cycle body and said arcuate bottom rack forms a push handle for pushing a child on the tricycle, and a third stage where said arcuate bottom rack is separated from the cycle body for normal pedaling and tricycle operation by a child on the tricycle; and further including a rear axle that said rear wheels are rotatably connected to, and the rear portion of the arcuate bottom rack is rotatably coupled to said cycle body, around said rear axle. 5. A multi-stage tricycle, comprising: a tricycle body including frames, wheels under the frames, and pedals for rotating the wheels, said frames including a front frame and rear frame, said front frame including a front fork and handlebars, a single front wheel rotatably coupled to said front fork, said rear frame including a rear portion with opposite sides, opposite rear wheels rotatably coupled to the opposite sides of the rear portion of the rear frame, a saddle carried by the rear frame, an arcuate bottom rack including a rear portion rotatably and detachably coupled to said cycle body inside of the rear wheels and a front portion distal of said rear portion, said arcuate bottom rack widening progressively from the front portion to the rear portion, wherein said multi-stage tricycle includes a first stage where said arcuate bottom rack is rotated below said tricycle body, bows downward, contacts the ground and supports said cycle body for rocking movement of the tricycle by a child on the tricycle, a lock to lock said front frame relative to said rear fra me to prevent relative rotation with respect to the rear frame when said multi-stage tricycle is in said first stage, a second stage where said arcuate bottom rack is rotated and erected behind said tricycle body, does not support said cycle body and said arcuate bottom rack forms a push handle for pushing a child on the tricycle, said arcuate bottom rack including a back support when the arcuate bottom rack is erected behind said tricycle body to form said push handle when said multi-stage tricycle is in said second stage and a lock to lock said arcuate bottom rack erected behind said tricycle body to form said push handle when said multi-stage tricycle is in said second stage, said arcuate bottom rack and said rear frame including holes that align when said arcuate bottom rack is erected behind said tricycle body in said second stage, and said lock including an insertion pin slidably removable within the aligned holes of the arcuate bottom rack and the rear frames in a lateral direction, and a third stage where said arcuate bottom rack is separated from the cycle body for normal pedaling and tricycle operation by a child on the tricycle. 6. A multi-stage method of using a multi-stage tricycle comprising a tricycle body including frames, wheels under the frames, and pedals for rotating the wheels, said frames including a front frame and rear frame, said front frame including a front fork and handlebars, a single front wheel rotatably coupled to said front fork, said rear frame including a rear portion with opposite sides, opposite rear wheels rotatably coupled to the opposite sides of the rear portion of the rear frame, a saddle carried by the rear frame, an arcuate bottom rack including a rear portion rotatably coupled to said cycle body and a front portion distal of said rear portion, the method including: providing the multi-stage tricycle in a first stage for a child by rotating said arcuate bottom rack below said tricycle body so that the arcuate bottom rack bows downward, contacts the ground and supports said cycle body and the child rocking the tricycle back and forth in the first stage; providing the multi-stage tricycle in a second stage for a child by rotating and erecting the arcuate bottom rack behind said tricycle body so that the arcuate bottom rack does not support said cycle body and forms a push handle and pushing the child on the tricycle with the push handle; providing the multi-stage tricycle in a third stage for a child by detaching the arcuate bottom rack from the cycle body and the child pedaling the tricycle. 7. The method of claim 6, further including a lock to lock said front frame relative to said rear frame to prevent relative rotation with respect to the rear frame when said multi-stage tricycle is in said first stage, and the method further including locking said front frame relative to said rear frame with said lock to prevent relative rotation with respect to the rear frame when said multi-stage tricycle is in said first stage. 8. The method of claim 6, further including a lock to lock said arcuate bottom rack erected behind said tricycle body to form said push handle when said multi-stage tricycle is in said second stage, said arcuate bottom rack and said rear frame including holes that align when said arcuate bottom rack is erected behind said tricycle body in said second stage, and said lock including an insertion pin slidably removable within the aligned holes of the arcuate bottom rack and the rear frames in a lateral direction, and the method further including locking said arcuate bottom rack in an erect position behind said tricycle body to form said push handle when said multi-stage tricycle is in said second stage by slidably inserting said insertion pin in a lateral direction within the aligned holes of the arcuate bottom rack and the rear frames. 9. The method of claim 6, wherein said arcuate bottom rack widens progressing from the front portion to the rear portion. 10. The me thod of claim 6, wherein said arcuate bottom rack includes a back support when the arcuate bottom rack is erected behind said tricycle body to form said push handle when said multi-stage tricycle is in said second stage, and the method further including the child resting back on the back support when said multi-stage tricycle is in said second stage. 11. The method of claim 6, further including a rear axle that said rear wheels are rotatable connected to, and the rear portion of the arcuate bottom rack is rotatably coupled to said cycle body, around said rear axle. 12. The method of claim 6, wherein said rear portion of the arcuate bottom rack is rotatably coupled to said cycle body inside of the rear wheels. 13. The method of claim 6, wherein said rear portion of the arcuate bottom rack is rotatably and detachably coupled to said cycle body. 14. A multi-stage method of using a multi-stage tricycle comprising a tricycle body including frames, wheels under the frames, and pedals for rotating the wheels, said frames including a front frame and rear frame, said front frame including a front fork and handlebars, a single front wheel rotatably coupled to said front fork, said rear frame including a rear portion with opposite sides, opposite rear wheels rotatably coupled to the opposite sides of the rear portion of the rear frame, a saddle carried by the rear frame, an arcuate bottom rack including a rear portion rotatably and detachably coupled to said cycle body inside of the rear wheels and a front portion distal of said rear portion, said arcuate bottom rack widening progressively from the front portion to the rear portion, wherein said multi-stage tricycle includes a first stage where said arcuate bottom rack is rotated below said tricycle body, bows downward, contacts the ground and supports said cycle body for rocking movement of the tricycle by a child on the tricycle, a lock to lock said front frame relative to said rear frame to prevent relative rotation with respect to the rear frame when said multi-stage tricycle is in said first stage, a second stage where said arcuate bottom rack is rotated and erected behind said tricycle body, does not support said cycle body and said arcuate bottom rack forms a push handle for pushing a child on the tricycle, said arcuate bottom rack including a back support when the arcuate bottom rack is erected behind said tricycle body to form said push handle when said multi-stage tricycle is in said second stage and a lock to lock said arcuate bottom rack erected behind said tricycle body to form said push handle when said multi-stage tricycle is in said second stage, said arcuate bottom rack and said rear frame including holes that align when said arcuate bottom rack is erected behind said tricycle body in said second stage, and said lock including an insertion pin slidably removable within the aligned holes of the arcuate bottom rack and the rear frames in a lateral direction, and a third stage where said arcuate bottom rack is separated from the cycle body for normal pedaling and tricycle operation by a child on the tricycle, the method including: providing the multi-stage tricycle in a first stage for a child by rotating said arcuate bottom rack below said tricycle body so that the arcuate bottom rack bows downward, contacts the ground and supports said cycle body and the child rocking the tricycle back and forth in the first stage; providing the multi-stage tricycle in a second stage for a child by rotating and erecting the arcuate bottom rack behind said tricycle body so that the arcuate bottom rack does not support said cycle body and forms a push handle and pushing the child on the tricycle with the push handle; providing the multi-stage tricycle in a third stage for a child by detaching the arcuate bottom rack from the cycle body and the child pedaling the tricycle.
