A device used in separating flowing substances and can be placed inside the top of a dispenser. The device separates high viscosity liquid from a low viscosity liquid. The device is comprised of a smooth conical funnel piece inverted into the dispenser containing the substance. The top of the device is flat and the top rim of the device extends horizontal across the dispenser's neck opening.
