The shoe sole according to claim 5, wherein an inner arch protrusion is provided in an arch section, the inner arch protrusion has a weaker portion and a rigid portion which define an oscillation axis passing through a median portion of the inner arch protrusion and the oscillation axis is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the shoe sole. 7. The shoe sole according to claim 1, wherein the arch secion is located between the heel section and the ball of the foot section, and the arch section forms a bridge for the shoe sole whereby at least a portion of the arch section is space from a ground surface during use of the shoe sole. 8. The shoe sole according to claim 1, wherein at least one of the plurality of protrusions in the heel section has a sharp edge to facilitate one of slopping and gripping of a ground surface, and at least one of the plurality of protrusions in the shoe section has a sharp edge to facilitate one of stopping and gripping. 9. The shoe sole according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of protruisions each are supported by the shoe sole so as to have at least two different elastic yield configurations and the plurality of protrusions impart directioriality to the foot of the wearer thereby guiding the foot along a natural substantially S-shaped path of the foot of the wearer. 10. The shoe sole according to claim 9, wherein at least one protrusion in the heel section directs foot motion toward the outer lateral side of the arch section, at least one protrusion in the arch section directs foot motion toward the inner lateral side of the ball of the foot section, and at least one protrusion in the ball of the foot section directs foot motion toward the toe section to move the foot along the substantially natural S-shaped path. 11.
