A folding floor mat that is formed from a plurality of panels formed from a resilient polymeric material and having a work surface and a grip surface. Flexible hinge assemblies foldably join at least two of the panels along a fold boundary, which preferably incorporates a plurality of channels that are integrally formed in the work and grip surfaces. More preferably, the channels are laterally spaced apart about the grip and or work sides. Even more preferably, the channel or channels formed in the work surface are staggered relative to the channel or channels formed in the grip surface. Also, each channel is ideally shaped to optimize relief internal material stresses of the polymeric material during and after it has been folded. The folding mat is manufactured from any of a number of readily available thermoplastic and similarly capable materials that are resilient, flexible, and durable and resistant to abrasion wear and impervious to biological, food service, health care, and industrial fluids and substances including steam, high temperature water, cleaning fluids, petrochemicals, animal fats, biological fluids, cooking oils and greases, and raw and prepared agricultural food stuffs. In the most preferably configuration, the folding mat is sized to be folded to have a maximum folded dimension compatible for cleaning in, for example without limitation, food service and medical industry standard cleaning units such as dish washers and sterilization units. point no higher than −20° C.9. The composition of claim 1 wherein the blend of surfactant and lubricant has a pour point no higher than −20° C.10. The composition of claim 1, wherein the refrigerant is selected from the group consisting of 1,1,1, 2-tetrafluoroethane; 1,1,1-trifluoroethane; 1,1-difluoroethane; difluoromethane; 1,1,1,2,2-pentafluoroethane; and mixtures thereof.11. The composition of claim 1 wherein the refrigerant is immiscible over the whole temperature range of −40° C. to 80° C.12. The composition of claim 1 further comprising additives selected from the group consisting of anti-corrosion additives and anti-wear additives.13. The composition of claim 12 wherein the anti-corrosion additive is a tolyltriazole derivative or an alkenyl succinic acid half esters.14. An NiCuZn-based ferrite material containing, as main components, an iron oxide in an amount of 47.0 to 50.0 mol % in terms of Fe 2O3, a manganese oxide in an amount of 0.01 to 3.0 mol % in terms of Mn2O3, a copper oxide in an amount of 0.5 to 4.9 mol % in terms of CuO, zinc oxide in an amount of 1.0 to 23.0 mol % in terms of ZnO and a nickel oxide in mol % in terms of NiO as the balance, wherein 0.02 to 1.0 wt % of cobalt oxide in terms of CoO, 0.5 to 10.0 wt % of bismuth oxide in terms of Bi2O3, 0.1 to 2.0 wt % of silicon oxide in terms of SiO2and 0.05 to 1.0 wt % of magnesium oxide in terms of MgO are contained based on the main components.10. An NiCuZn-based ferrite material containing, as main components, an iron oxide in an amount of 47.0 to 50.0 mol % in terms of Fe 2O3, a manganese oxide in an amount of 0.01 to 3.0 mol % in terms of Mn2O3, a copper oxide in an amount of 0.5 to 4.9 mol % in terms of CuO, zinc oxide in an amount of 1.0 to 23.0 mol % in terms of ZnO and a nickel oxide in mol % in terms of NiO as the balance, wherein 0.02 to 1.0 wt % of cobalt oxide in terms of CoO, 0.5 to 10.0 wt % of bismuth oxide in terms of Bi2O3and 0.15 to 3.2 wt % of talc are contained based on the main components.11. The ferrite material of claim 9, which has an initial permeability &mgr;i at a frequency of 100 kHz of not higher than 100.12. The ferrite material of claim 10, which has an initial permeability &mgr;i at a frequency of 100 kHz of not higher than 100.13. An electronic part comprising an NiCuZn-based ferrite material, wherein the ferrite material contains, as main components, an iron oxide in an amount of 47.0 to 50.0 mol % in terms of Fe 2O3, a manganese oxide in an amount of 0.01 to 3.0 mol % in terms of Mn2O3, a copper oxide in an amount of 0.5 to 4.9 mol % in terms of CuO, zinc oxide in an amount of 1.0 to 23.0 mol % in terms of ZnO and a nickel oxide in mol % in terms of NiO as the balance, and also contains 0.02 to 1.0 wt % of cobalt oxide in terms of CoO, 0.5 to 10.0 wt % of bismuth oxide in terms of Bi2O3, 0.1 to 2.0 wt % of silicon oxide in terms of SiO2and 0.05 to 1.0 wt % of magnesium oxide in terms of MgO based on the main components.14. A ferrite material containing an iron oxide, a copper oxide, zinc oxide and a nickel oxide as main components, wherein the iron oxide is contained in an amount of 46.0 to 49.0 mol % in terms of Fe 2O3, the copper oxide is contained in an amount of 4.0 to 11.0 mol % in terms of CuO, zinc oxide is contained in an amount of 30.1 to 33.0 mol % in terms of ZnO and the nickel oxide is contained as the balance, and based on the main components, 0.005 to 0.03 wt % of cobalt oxide in terms of CoO, 0.1 to 0.5 wt % of bismuth oxide in terms of Bi2O3, 0.1 to 0.6 wt % of silicon oxide in terms of SiO2and 0.05 to 1.0 wt % of magnesium oxide in terms of MgO are contained as additional components.16.
