A gap filler for reducing electromagnetic radiation reflected from a gap formed by adjacent panels of a structure, the gap filler comprising:a) a thermoplastic elastomer matrix; andb) a plurality of conductive fibers dispersed within said matrix, said conductive fibers comprising graphite fiber having at least one layer of copper coated thereabout and at least one layer of nickel coated thereabout. 2.
