The transducer system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said electrode includes a hollow porous cylinder for attaching said electrode to the selected tissue region. 3. The transducer system as claimed in claim 2, further comprising:a biocompatible material formed around said hollow porous cylinder. 4. The transducer system as claimed in claim 3, wherein said biocompatible material is a non-permeable diffusion resistant biocompatible material. 5. The transducer system as claimed in claim 2, further comprising:a biocompatible material formed around said electrical lead, said electrode, and said hollow porous cylinder. 6. The transducer system as claimed in claim 5, wherein said biocompatible material is a non-permeable diffusion resistant biocompatible material. 7. The transducer system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:a biocompatible material formed around said electrical lead. 8. The transducer system as claimed in claim 7, wherein said biocompatible material is a non-permeable diffusion resistant biocompatible material. 9. The transducer system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:a biocompatible material formed around said electrode. 10. The transducer system as claimed in claim 9, wherein said biocompatible material is a non-permeable diffusion resistant biocompatible material. 11. The transducer system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:a biocompatible material formed around said electrical lead and said electrode. 12. The transducer system as claimed in claim 11, wherein said biocompatible material is a non-permeable diffusion resistant biocompatible material. 13. A cardiac assist transducer system to transmit and receive signals between a cardiac tissue region and a cardiac assist device, comprising:an electrical lead to deliver electrical pulses to the cardiac tissue region; andan electrode located on an end of said electrical lead having an anti-antenna geometrical shape, said anti-antenna geometrical shape preventing said electrode from picking up and conducting stray electromagnetic interference. 14. The cardiac assist transducer system as claimed in claim 13, wherein said electrode includes a hollow porous cylinder for attaching said electrode to the cardiac tissue region. 15. The cardiac assist transducer system as claimed in claim 14, further comprising:a biocompatible material formed around said hollow porous cylinder. 16. The cardiac assist transducer system as claimed in claim 17, wherein said biocompatible material is a non-permeable diffusion resistant biocompatible material. 17. The cardiac assist transducer system as claimed in claim 14, further comprising:a biocompatible material formed around said electrical lead, said electrode, and said hollow porous cylinder. 18. The cardiac assist transducer system as claimed in claim 17, wherein said biocompatible material is a non-permeable diffusion resistant biocompatible material. 19. The cardiac assist transducer system as claimed in claim 13, further comprising:a biocompatible material formed around said electrical lead. 20. A medical lead, comprising:an electrically conductive member having an anti-antenna geometrical shape;said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member preventing the medical lead from picking up and conducting stray electromagnetic interference. 26. The medical lead as claimed in claim 25, wherein the medical lead is a pacemaker lead. 27. The medical lead as claimed in claim 25, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member detunes the medical lead to prevent the medical lead from picking up stray electromagnetic interference. 28. The medical lead as claimed in claim 27, wherein said stray electromagnetic interference is MRI radio frequency energy. 29. The medical lead as claimed in claim 27, wherein said stray electromagnetic interference is MRI gradient field energy. 30. The medical lead as claimed in claim 25, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member passively neutralizes electro-magnetic energy induced by stray electromagnetic interference. 31. The medical lead as claimed in claim 25, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member offsets electro-magnetic energy induced by stray electromagnetic interference. 32. The medical lead as claimed in claim 25, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member self-compensates for electro-magnetic energy induced by stray electromagnetic interference. 33. A medical intervention tool having electrically conductive properties, comprising:an electrically conductive member having an anti-antenna geometrical shape;said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member preventing the medical intervention tool from picking up and conducting stray electromagnetic interference. 34. The medical intervention tool as claimed in claim 33, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member detunes the medical lead to prevent the medical lead from picking up stray electromagnetic interference. 35. The medical intervention tool as claimed in claim 33, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member passively neutralizes electro-magnetic energy induced by stray electromagnetic interference. 36. The medical intervention tool as claimed in claim 33, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member offsets electro-magnetic energy induced by stray electromagnetic interference. 37. The medical intervention tool as claimed in claim 33, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member self-compensates for electro-magnetic energy induced by stray electromagnetic interference. 38. An implantable medical electrode, comprising:an electrically conductive member having an anti-antenna geometrical shape;said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member preventing the implantable medical electrode from picking up and conducting stray electromagnetic interference. 39. The implantable medical electrode as claimed in claim 38, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member detunes the medical lead to prevent the medical lead from picking up stray electromagnetic interference. 40. The implantable medical electrode as claimed in claim 38, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member passively neutralizes electro-magnetic energy induced by stray electromagnetic interference. 41. A medical device, comprising:a lead; andan electrically conductive member having an anti-antenna geometrical shape connected to said lead;said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member preventing said electrode from conducting electro-magnetic energy induced by stray electromagnetic interference. 44. The medical device as claimed in claim 43, wherein said lead is a pacemaker lead. 45. The medical device as claimed in claim 43, wherein said anti-antenna geometrical shaped electrically conductive member detunes said electrode to prevent said electrode from picking up stray electromagnetic interference. 46.
