An assembly, comprising:a floating support having a periphery defined by at least one floatation device which extends around the entire circumference of the periphery, with the periphery defining an interior space, the floating support further including a first sheet material extending in the interior space and coupled to the floatation device; and a panel having a foldable frame member that has a folded and an unfolded orientation, and a second sheet material covering portions of the frame member when the frame member is in the unfolded orientation, the panel having opposing end edges that are removable attached to the periphery of the floating support. 2. The assembly of claim 1, further including at least opening provided in the first sheet material.3. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the opposing end edges are attached to the periphery of the floating support along opposite sides of the periphery.4.
