A missile includes one or more arrays of barrel assemblies that are displaced from the centre of gravity of missile. Each barrel assembly includes a plurality of projectiles axially disposed within a barrel, and each projectile is associated with a discrete propellant charge for propelling the projectile sequentially from the barrel.
