The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said fabric substrate is a plain weave.3. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said fabric substrate is formed from polyester yarn.4. The apparatus according to claim 3, wherein said polyester yarn has a tenacity of greater than about 4 grams/denier.5. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the warp yarn of said fabric substrate is between about 70 and 250 denier.6. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the warp yarn of said fabric substrate is about 150 denier.7. The apparatus according to claim 37, wherein said reduction agent is integrally formed within the cartridge assembly housing.39. The apparatus according to claim 37, further including a filler integrally formed within the cartridge assembly housing.40. The apparatus according to claim 39, wherein said filler is selected from the group consisting of natural silica (diatomaceous earth), silicon dioxide (SiO2)-mined, talc, magnesium silicate-mined, synthetic silica, silicon dioxide-manufactured, calcium carbonate, calcium carbonate (CaCO3)-mined, ceramic spheres, alumina-silicate ceramic-manufactured, kaolin clay, aluminum silicate-mined, mica, aluminum potassium silicate-mined, and calcium phosphates.41.
