What is claimed is: 1. A tubulation adhesion structure for connecting a tubulation tubing to a vent hole of a display panel, comprising: a tubulation tubing having, at one end, a flange with an end face contacted with a periphery of the vent hole of the display panel; a ring-shaped glass frit fitted to a perimeter of the flange of the tubulation tubing so as to have the end face bonded to the display panel; and a ring-shaped glass having a higher softening point than that of the glass frit member and fixed to an end face of the glass frit opposite from the display panel so as to keep the end face of the glass frit from contact with any other member wherein the ring-shaped glass is acid resistant. 2. A tubulation assembly to be connected to a vent hole of a display panel for venting gas out of the inside of the panel, comprising: a hollow tubulation tubing having a first end and a second, opposite end, wherein at the first end there is provided an opening for communicating with the vent hole of the display panel and a flange with a substantially flat end face for contact with the display panel; a ring-shape adhesive member of a non-acid resistant glass frit material integrally fitted to a perimeter of the flange of the tubulation tubing and bonded to the panel, wherein the adhesive member is located between the end face and the second end; and a ring-shape auxiliary pressure member integrally fitted to the perimeter of the flange of the tubulation tubing between the adhesive member and the second end so as to as to be bonded to and cover an upper portion of the adhesive member, the auxiliary pressure member being made of a material that is acid resistant, and having a higher softening point than that of the adhesive member. 3. A tubulation adhesion structure of a display panel comprising: a tubulation tubing connected to a vent hole formed in the display panel, having a first end and a second, opposite end, wherein at the first end there is provided an opening communicated with the vent hole and a flange with a perimeter and a substantially flat end face contacted with the display panel; a ring-shape glass frit arranged at the perimeter of the flange, the glass frit being softened by heating; and a ring-shape auxiliary member positioned at the perimeter of the flange between the glass frit and the second end, wherein the flange is connected to the display panel through the softening of the glass frit by the heating, and the auxiliary member covers an end face of the glass frit opposite from the display panel, remains unsoftened, and is made of a material that is acid resistant. 4. The structure according to claim 3, wherein the glass frit and the auxiliary member have substantially the same thermal expansion coefficient. 5. The structure according to claim 3, wherein the auxiliary member has a non-oxidizable property. 6. A tubulation assembly to be connected to a vent hole of a display panel for venting gas out of the inside of the panel, comprising: tubulation tubing having at a perimeter of one end, a flange with a substantially flat end face for contact with the display panel; a ring-shape adhesive member of a glass frit fitted to the perimeter of the flange of the tubulation tubing, for bonding the tubulation tubing to the display panel; and a ring-shape auxiliary pressure member fitted to the perimeter of the flange of the tubulation tubing so as to lie on an upper end face of the adhesive member to cover the upper end face of the adhesive member, wherein a thickness of each of the adhesive member and the auxiliary pressure member are less than a thickness of the flange in a longitudinal direction of the tubulation tubing, wherein the total thickness of the adhesive member and the auxiliary pressure member is larger than the thickness of the flange, and wherein the auxiliary pressure member is made of a material that is acid resistant. 7. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the adhesive member is a formed glass member including a low softening point glass frit. 8. The assembly according to claim 7, wherein the auxiliary pressure member is a formed glass member including a low softening point glass frit. 9. The assembly according to claim 8, wherein the low softening point glass frit of the auxiliary pressure member has a higher softening point than that of the low softening point glass frit of the adhesive member. 10. The assembly according to claim 8, wherein a temperature at which only the adhesive member softens is not lower than the softening point of the low softening point glass frit of the adhesive member and not higher than the softening point of the low softening point glass frit used for the auxiliary pressure member. 11. The assembly according to claim 9, wherein the higher softening point of the auxiliary pressure member is about 500째 C. 12. The assembly according to claim 7, wherein the low softening point of the adhesive is less than about 400째 C. 13. The assembly according to claim 7, wherein the low softening point of the adhesive is in a range of about 390째 C. to about 410째 C. 14. The assembly according to claim 7, wherein the auxiliary pressure member includes a binder resin selected from at least one of acrylic resin, methacrylic resin and cellulose resin. 15. The assembly according to claim 7, wherein the auxiliary pressure member has a substantially rectangular cross section. 16. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the auxiliary pressure member has a non-oxidizable property. 17. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the display panel is one of a plasma display panel, a plasma address liquid crystal panel, a vacuum fluorescence display panel and a field emission display. 18. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the adhesive contains at least one of PbO, SiO2, Al2O3, B2O3 and LiO. 19. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the adhesive has a thermal expansion coefficient of 72.5+/-5횞10-7/째 C. 20. The assembly according to claim 19, wherein the auxiliary pressure member has an expansion coefficient substantially similar to that of the adhesive. 21. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the adhesive includes a binder resin selected from at least one of acrylic resin, methacrylic resin and cellulose resin. 22. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the adhesive has a substantially rectangular cross section. 23. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the auxiliary pressure member contains at least one of Na2O, Al2O 3, B2O3 and SiO2. 24. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the auxiliary pressure member is one of a glass containing Na2O--B2 O3 and a ceramic. 25. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the tubulation tubing has a softening point in a range of about 500째 C. to about 700째 C. 26. The assembly according to claim 25, wherein the tubulation tubing is soda lime glass. 27. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the adhesive member and the auxiliary member have substantially the same thermal expansion coefficient.
