A method and a device for coupling a PCB sheet are disclosed. If a defective PCB is found after the manufacture of continuously arranged circuit patterns, then the defective PCB sheet portion is removed to replace it with a new PCB sheet portion. That is, a defective circuit pattern sheet 2' is removed from continuously arranged circuit patterns of a first PCB sheet 4a. After removal of the defective circuit pattern sheet 2', the first PCB sheet 4a is position-located by means of a position locating means 12. Then the space which is formed by removing the defective circuit pattern sheet 2' is filled with a second PCB sheet 4b on which a good quality circuit pattern 2 b is printed. Then the first PCB sheet 4a and the second PCB sheet 4b are coupled together by using an adhesive means 14.

What is claimed is: 1. A system for coupling PCB sheets, said system comprising: a PCB supporting plate for supporting a first PCB sheet which has continuously arranged circuit patterns and from which a defective circuit pattern has been removed, and a second PCB sheet which comprises a good quality circuit pattern replacing the defective circuit pattern; PCB positioning means disposed upon the PCB supporting plate, for positioning said first and second PCB sheets side by side with a space in between; PCB securing means attached on said PCB supporting plate, for securing said first and second PCB sheets; and adhesive means for being filled into said space between said first and second PCB sheets so as to couple said first and second PCB sheets together when cured. 2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said PCB positioning means comprise a plurality of PCB securing pins extending upwardly from a top surface of said PCB supporting plate and being insertable respectively into a plurality of pin receiving holes formed in said first and second PCB sheets. 3. The system as claimed in claim 2, wherein said PCB securing means comprise PCB securing tapes removably attached at least to a bottom surface of said PCB supporting plate. 4. The system as claimed in claim 3, wherein said PCB securing tapes are double face tapes, and are put around and on a bottom of said first and second PCB sheets and said PCB supporting plate. 5. The system as claimed in claim 3, wherein said PCB securing tapes are heat resistant tapes for preventing thermal deformations. 6. The system as claimed in claim 2, wherein said space formed between said first and second PCB sheets forms a channel; and said PCB securing means comprise a PCB securing tape placed at a bottom, front and rear of said channel, for preventing a leakage of said adhesive means, said PCB securing tape being attached to the upper surface of said PCB supporting plate. 7. The system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a flat cover removably disposed on said first and second PCB sheets to protect said PCB sheets from ambient heat. 8. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein a hardening agent is added to said adhesive. 9. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said space formed between said first and second PCB sheets for receiving said adhesive means has a width of 1-5 mm between said first and second PCB sheets. 10. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said PCB securing means are provided on a peripheral area of said PCB supporting plate. 11. A system for coupling first and second PCB sheets, the first PCB sheet having at least an operative circuit pattern and at least a cut out from which a defective circuit pattern has been removed the second PCB sheet having an operative, replacement circuit pattern for the defective circuit pattern, said system comprising: a PCB supporting plate for supporting, on a top surface thereof, the first and second PCB sheets side by side; a PCB positioning element disposed on the top surface of said PCB supporting plate for preventing the first and second PCB sheets from moving in directions parallel with said top surface and for maintaining a space between the first and second PCB sheets being placed side by side on said PCB supporting plate; a PCB securing element attached on said PCB supporting plate and adapted to be attached to the first and second PCB sheets, for preventing the first and second PCB sheets from moving in a direction perpendicular to said top surface; and an adhesive deposited into the space between the first and second PCB sheets so as to couple the first and second PCB sheets together when said adhesive is cured. 12. The system as claimed in claim 11, wherein said PCB positioning element comprises a plurality of PCB securing pins extending upwardly from the top surface of said PCB supporting plate and being insertable respectively into a plurality of pin receiving holes formed in the first and second PCB sheets. 13. The system as claimed in claim 12, further comprising a cover adapted to be removably disposed on the first and second PCB sheets to protect the PCB sheets from ambient heat during curing of said adhesive, said cover comprising a plurality of holes each corresponding to one of said PCB securing pins on the top surface of said PCB supporting plate for removably receiving the PCB securing pins therein. 14. The system as claimed in claim 11, wherein said PCB securing element comprises PCB securing tapes disposed along a periphery of said PCB supporting plate, removably attached to a bottom surface of said PCB supporting plate, and adapted to be removably attached to top surfaces of the first and second PCB sheets. 15. The system as claimed in claim 14, wherein said PCB securing tapes are heat resistant tapes for preventing thermal deformations. 16. The system as claimed in claim 14, wherein the space is elongated to form a channel having at least one end open to at least one edge of said PCB supporting plate; and one of said PCB securing tapes is positioned at said open end of said channel so as to close said open end for preventing leakage of said adhesive filled in said channel. 17. The system as claimed in claim 14, wherein said PCB securing element further comprises a double face tape which comprises a lower surface removably attached to the top surface of said PCB supporting plate in a region of the space between the first and second PCB sheets, and an upper surface adapted to be removably attached to lower surfaces of the first and second PCB sheets to prevent leakage of said adhesive filled in the space. 18. The system as claimed in claim 17, wherein said double face tape is in removable physical contact with said cured adhesive. 19. In combination, first and second PCB sheets each having at least an operative circuit pattern and a plurality of holes; a PCB supporting plate supporting, on a top surface thereof, the first and second PCB sheets side by side; a plurality of pins extending upwardly from the top surface of said PCB supporting plate and inserted respectively into the holes formed in the first and second PCB sheets so as to prevent the first and second PCB sheets from moving in directions parallel with said top surface and to maintain a space between the first and second PCB sheets; PCB securing tapes disposed along a periphery of said PCB supporting plate, removably attached to and extending between a bottom surface of said PCB supporting plate and top surfaces of the first and second PCB sheets, thereby preventing the first and second PCB sheets from moving in a direction perpendicular to said top surface; and an adhesive deposited in the space between the first and second PCB sheets so as to couple the first and second PCB sheets together when said adhesive is cured. 20. In the combination claimed in claim 19, further comprising a double face tape which comprises a lower surface removably attached to the top surface of said PCB supporting plate in a region of the space between the first and second PCB sheets, and an upper surface removably attached to lower surfaces of the first and second PCB sheets to prevent leakage of said adhesive filled in the space. 21. In the combination claimed in claim 20, wherein the space is an elongated channel having side walls defined by said first and second PCB sheets and a bottom defined by said upper surface of said double face tape, said channel having at least one end open to at least one edge of said PCB supporting plate; and one of said PCB securing tapes is positioned at said open end of said channel so as to close said open end for preventing leakage of said adhesive filled in said channel. 22. In the combination claimed in claim 20, further comprising a cover removably disposed on the first and second PCB sheets to protect the PCB sheets from ambient heat during curing of said adhesive, said cover comprising a plurality of holes each corresponding to one of said PCB securing pins on the top surface of said PCB supporting plate and removably receiving said respective PCB securing pin therein. 23. In the combination claimed in claim 20, wherein said double face tape is in removable physical contact with said cured adhesive.
