The storage compartment may be within a tilt-out bin that is accessible from the rear, such that it can be accessed when the stroller is open, as well as when it is folded. What is claimed is: 1. A stroller comprising: a frame including a handle having a handgrip portion; a parent tray connected to the handle and spaced from the handgrip portion; and a storage unit connected to the parent tray and the handle and disposed between the handgrip portion and the parent tray, the storage unit having a storage compartment. 2. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the handle has a pair of push arms, and the handgrip portion extends between the push arms. 3. A stroller according to claim 2, wherein the parent tray extends between the push arms below the handgrip portion. 4. A stroller according to claim 3, wherein the storage unit is connected to the handgrip portion. 5. A stroller according to claim 4, wherein the storage unit has arms that connect to the handgrip portion. 6. A stroller according to claim 5, wherein the arms comprise hooks adapted to snap onto the handgrip portion. 7. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the storage unit is connected to the handgrip portion. 8. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the storage unit comprises a housing that supports the storage compartment. 9. A stroller according to claim 8, wherein the housing has arms that connect to the handgrip portion. 10. A stroller according to claim 9, wherein the arms comprise hooks adapted to snap onto the handgrip portion. 11. A stroller according to claim 8, wherein the storage compartment has a portion that is movable relative to the housing between an open position and a closed position. 12. A stroller according to claim 11, wherein the movable portion latches to the housing in the closed position. 13. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the frame is foldable, and the storage compartment is arranged relative to the frame so that the storage compartment is accessible both when the frame is open and when the frame is folded. 14. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the storage unit has an opening through which articles can be dispensed from the storage unit. 15. A stroller comprising: a frame including a handle having a handgrip portion; a console connected to the handle and spaced from the handgrip portion; and a storage unit connected to the console and the handle and disposed between the handgrip portion and the console, the storage unit having a storage compartment, wherein the storage unit comprises a housing that supports the storage compartment, wherein the storage compartment comprises a tilt-out bin that is pivoted to the housing to move relative to the housing between an open position and a closed position. 16. A storage unit according to claim 15, wherein the tilt-out bin has a front face with a window. 17. A stroller according to claim 15, wherein the tilt-out bin is pivoted to a lower portion of the housing. 18. A stroller according to claim 15, wherein the housing has a front face with an opening therethrough, and the tilt-out bin has a front face spaced from the front face of the housing so as to accommodate articles between the front faces that can be dispensed through the opening. 19. A stroller comprising: a frame including a handle having a handgrip portion; a console connected to the handle and spaced from the handgrip portion; and a storage unit connected to the console and the handle and disposed between the handgrip portion and the console, the storage unit having a storage compartment, wherein the storage unit comprises a housing that supports the storage compartment, and wherein the housing has a front face with an opening therethrough. 20. A stroller comprising: a frame including a handle having a handgrip portion; a console connected to the handle and spaced from the handgrip portion; and a storage unit connected to the console and the handle and disposed between the handgrip portion and the console, the storage unit having a storage compartment, wherein the storage unit comprises a housing that supports the storage compartment, and wherein the handgrip portion includes a release mechanism actuator, and the storage unit is configured to allow access to the release mechanism actuator. 21. A stroller according to claim 20, wherein the housing includes a pair of arms to connect to the handgrip portion, the arms being sufficiently spaced to allow access to the release mechanism actuator. 22. A stroller comprising: a frame including a handle having a handgrip portion; a console connected to the handle and spaced from the handgrip portion; and a storage unit connected to the console and the handle and disposed between the handgrip portion and the console, the storage unit having a storage compartment, wherein the storage unit has an opening through which articles can be dispensed from the storage unit, and wherein the opening faces the front of the stroller. 23. A storage unit for a stroller having a handle, the storage unit comprising: a housing supporting a storage compartment; at least one upper fastener for connecting the housing to the handle; and at least one lower fastener for connecting the housing to a parent tray connected to the handle, wherein the storage unit is configured to be supported in a space between a handgrip portion of the handle and the parent tray. 24. A storage unit according to claim 23, wherein the at least one upper fastener comprises arms adapted to connect to the handgrip portion. 25. A storage unit according to claim 24, wherein the arms comprise hooks adapted to snap onto the handgrip portion. 26. A storage unit according to claim 25, wherein the at least one lower fastener comprises tabs adapted to engage mating slots in the parent tray. 27. A storage unit according to claim 23, wherein the storage compartment has a portion that is movable relative to the housing between an open position and a closed position. 28. A storage unit according to claim 27, wherein the movable portion latches to the housing in the closed position. 29. A storage unit for a stroller having a handle, the storage unit adapted to be supported in a space between a handgrip portion of the handle and a console connected to the handle, the storage unit comprising: a housing supporting a storage compartment; at least one upper fastener for connecting the housing to the handle; and at least one lower fastener for connecting the housing to the console, wherein the at least one lower fastener comprises tabs adapted to engage mating slots in the console. 30. A storage unit for a stroller having a handle, the storage unit adapted to be supported in a space between a handgrip portion of the handle and a console connected to the handle, the storage unit comprising: a housing supporting a storage compartment; at least one upper fastener for connecting the housing to the handle; and at least one lower fastener for connecting the housing to the console, wherein the storage compartment comprises a tilt-out bin that is pivoted to the housing to move relative to the housing between an open position and a closed position. 31. A storage unit according to claim 30, wherein the tilt-out bin has a front face with a window. 32. A storage unit according to claim 30, wherein the tilt-out bin is pivoted to a lower portion of the housing. 33. A storage unit according to claim 30, wherein the housing has a front face with an opening therethrough, and the tilt-out bin has a front face spaced from the front face of the housing so as to accommodate articles between the front faces that can be dispensed through the opening. 34. A storage unit for a stroller having a handle, the storage unit adapted to be supported in a space between a handgrip portion of the handle and a console connected to the handle, the storage unit comprising: a housing supporting a storage compartment; at least one upper fastener for connecting the housing to the handle; and at least one lower fastener for connecting the housing to the console, wherein the housing has a front face with an opening therethrough. 35. A storage unit for a stroller having a handle, the storage unit adapted to be supported in a space between a handgrip portion of the handle and a console connected to the handle, the storage unit comprising: a housing supporting a storage compartment; at least one upper fastener for connecting the housing to the handle; and at least one lower fastener for connecting the housing to the console, wherein the handgrip portion includes a release mechanism actuator, and the storage unit is configured to allow access to the release mechanism actuator. 36. A storage unit according to claim 35, wherein the at least one upper fastener comprises a pair of arms adapted to connect to the handgrip portion, the arms being sufficiently spaced to allow access to the release mechanism actuator. 37. A storage unit for a stroller having a handle, the storage unit comprising: a housing supporting a storage compartment; at least one upper fastener for connecting the housing to the handle; and at least one lower fastener for connecting the housing to a parent tray connected to the handle, wherein the storage unit is configured to be supported in a space between a handgrip portion of the handle and the parent tray, and wherein the storage compartment has a portion that is movable relative to the housing between an open position and a closed position, and the movable portion is configured to store contents. 38. A storage unit according to claim 37, wherein the movable portion includes a bottom wall, a front wall, a rear wall spaced from the front wall, and side walls.
