In the closure device in accordance with claim 1, wherein the piercing element (3) has at least one cutting edge (32). 8. In the closure device in accordance with claim 7, wherein the cutting edge has three different effective areas, including a first perforating area shaped as at least one perforating tooth (33) which is adjoined on both sides by a cutting area (37), and a second area designed as a displacement area (38) which pushes aside a partially cut container wall (F) or a membrane out of the area of a pouring opening while maintaining a connection with the container wall or the membrane. 9. In the closure device in accordance with claim 1, wherein on a cutting edge (32) oriented toward the container the piercing element (3) has at least one perforating tooth (33). 10.
