The invention claimed is: 1. A portable radio receiver, with which a broadcast radio program from a central radio sender can be received for play by a user of said receiver, comprising: an identification module in which user-specific data are stored, and a contactless interface over which a radio connection can be established with external devices at close range in order to send said user-specific data to these external devices, wherein said radio receiver is adapted to receive said radio program including program-accompanying data, and means for storing said filtered program-accompanying data in said radio receiver. 2. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein the identification module is in the form of a removable chip-card. 3. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein the identification module is in the form of a storage area with appropriate data processing means. 4. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein the received program-accompanying data can be processed by said identification module. 5. The portable radio receiver of claim 4, wherein said data processing means can execute applets and/or software programs that are contained in said program-accompanying data. 6. The portable radio receiver of claim 4, wherein said receiver comprises a data filter for filtering said program-accompanying data. 7. The portable radio receiver of claim 6, wherein said data filter is dependent on the user's location. 8. The portable radio receiver of claim 6, wherein said data filter can be set by the user. 9. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein said receiver can receive DAB program-accompanying data. 10. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein said receiver can receive DVB program-accompanying data. 11. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein said contactless interface comprises a RFID element. 12. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein said contactless interface is a Bluetooth interface. 13. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein said contactless interface is a HomeRF interface. 14. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein said user-specific data comprise identification data of the user. 15. The portable radio receiver of claim 14, wherein said identification data comprise an electronic certificate of the user. 16. The portable radio receiver of claim 14, wherein said identification data comprise an image of the user. 17. The portable radio receiver of claim 14, wherein said identification data comprise biometric parameters of the user. 18. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein said user-specific data comprise authorization data of the user for using said external devices. 19. The portable radio receiver of claim 18, wherein said authorization data can be modified with program-accompanying data. 20. The portable radio receiver of claim 19, wherein said authorization data concern the use of public transportation. 21. The portable radio receiver of claim 1, wherein said receiver comprises location-determining means. 22. The portable radio receiver of claim 21, wherein said location-determining means can determine the location from satellite signals. 23. The portable radio receiver of claim 22, wherein said location-determining means comprise a GPS receiver. 24. The portable radio receiver of one of the claims 1 to 8, wherein said receiver comprises a mobile radio communication part. 25. A portable digital audio broadcasting receiver with a DAB program including DAB program-accompanying data, comprising: a storage area in which user-specific data are stored, a contactless interface over which a radio connection can be established with external devices at close range in order to send said user-specific data to these external devices, wherein said digital audio receiver can receive said DAB program including said DAB program-accompanying data, and means for storing user-specific data of said DAB program-accompanying data in said storage area. 34. A method for administrating from central place the authorization of a plurality of users, comprising the steps of: broadcasting a radio program in broadcast mode for simultaneous reception by a plurality of portable radio receivers for play by the users of said receivers; sending authorization data in broadcast mode as program-accompanying data in said radio program, receiving said authorization data in said portable radio receivers with which the users are provided, each radio receiver being equipped with an identification module, filtering the authorization data concerning the user of a particular one of the radio receivers in a filter in the particular radio receiver, and storing the authorization data in the particular radio receiver. 35. The method of claim 34, wherein said filter can be set by the user of said portable receiver.
