A sheet handling device comprising: at least one support plate for supporting plural sheets stacked on one another; a moving mechanism for moving said support plate along a moving path; and an orientation changer for adjusting an orientation of said support plate so that the at least one support plate is held at an inclined position relative to the moving path when said moving mechanism moves said support plate, to prevent said sheets from being offset by influence of inertia on said support plate. 2. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 1, further comprising a control unit for controlling said moving mechanism, initially to move said support plate in acceleration in an accelerating step, next to move said support plate at a regular speed in an regular speed step, and then to move said support plate in deceleration in a decelerating step. 3. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 2, wherein said orientation changer includes a first rotating mechanism for rotating said support plate about a first axis extending in an extending direction in which said support plate extends from said moving mechanism, said first rotating mechanism being controlled by said control unit, actuated in said accelerating step, for inclining and holding said support plate to position an upstream edge higher with reference to said moving path, and actuated in said decelerating step, for inclining and holding said support plate to position a downstream edge higher with reference to said moving path. 4. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 3, wherein said orientation changer further includes a second rotating mechanism for rotating said support plate about a second axis extending in a direction of said moving path, said second rotating mechanism being controlled by said control unit, actuated in said regular speed step, for inclining said support plate to position higher a front end thereof with reference to said extending direction of said support plate. 5. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 4, wherein said at least one support plate comprises first and second support plates for clamping said sheets stacked on one another. 6. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 4, wherein said moving mechanism is a rotational moving mechanism, and said moving path is in an arc shape. 7. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 6, further comprising a sheet stacking station, supplied with said sheets, for stacking said sheets on one another, said moving mechanism initially picks up said sheets from said sheet stacking station, and then moves said sheets substantially horizontally in said moving path. 8. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 7, wherein said second rotating mechanism is further actuated in a step of picking up said sheets, and inclines said support plate to position said front end higher with reference to said extending direction of said support plate. 9. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 8, wherein said sheet stacking station supports said sheets with an inclination in an inclining direction of said support plate inclined by said second rotating mechanism. 10. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 2, wherein: said orientation changer comprises a rotating mechanism for rotating said support plate about an axis extending in a direction of said moving path; and said rotating mechanism is controlled by said control unit, actuated in said regular speed step, for inclining said support plate to position higher a front end thereof with reference to said extending direction of said support plate. 11. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 1, further comprising: a cover handling module for handling a protective cover, to stack either of said protective cover and said sheets on a remainder thereof by cooperation with said support plate and said moving mechanism; and a cover folding module for folding said protective cover, to obtain a cover-fitted sheet stack in which said protective cover is loaded with said sheets. 12. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 1, wherein said at least one support plate comprises first and second support plates for clamping said sheets stacked on one another. 13. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 1, wherein said moving mechanism is a rotational moving mechanism, and said moving path is in an arc shape. 14. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 1, further comprising a sheet stacking station, supplied with said sheets, for stacking said sheets on one another, said moving mechanism initially picks up said sheets from said sheet stacking station, and then moves said sheets substantially horizontally in said moving path. 15. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 14, wherein: said sheet stacking station supports said sheets with an inclination in an inclining direction; and said second rotating mechanism is further actuated in a step of picking up said sheets, and inclines said support plate to position said front end higher with reference to said extending direction of said support plate. 16. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 1, further comprising a control means for controlling the orientation changer, wherein: the moving mechanism comprises a moving arm extending in a first direction having the support plate arranged at a distal end thereof; the orientation changer comprises a first rotating mechanism adapted to rotate the support plate relative to the moving arm to thereby provide the inclination of the support plate relative to the moving path; when the moving mechanism begins to move the support plate along the moving path, the control means controls the orientation changer to rotate and hold the first rotating mechanism in a first direction so that a leading edge of the support plate in the moving path is arranged higher than a trailing edge of the support plate; and when the moving mechanism ends the movement of the support plate along the moving path, the control means controls the orientation changer to rotate and hold the first rotating mechanism in a second direction so that a trailing edge of the support plate in the moving path is arranged higher than a leading edge of the support plate. 17. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 1, wherein the support plate is inclined at an acute angle relative to the moving path. 18. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 17, further comprising a control means for controlling the orientation changing means, wherein: the moving means comprises a moving arm extending in a first direction having the support plate arranged at a distal end thereof; the orientation changing means comprises a first rotating mechanism adapted to rotate the support means relative to the moving arm to thereby provide the inclination of the support means relative to the moving path; when the moving means begins to move the support means along the moving path, the control means controls the orientation changing means to rotate and hold the first rotating mechanism in a first direction so that a leading edge of the support means in the moving path is arranged higher than a trailing edge of the support means; and when the moving means ends the movement of the support means along the moving path, the control means controls the orientation changing means to rotate and hold the first rotating mechanism in a second direction so that the trailing edge of the support means is arranged higher than the leading edge of the support means. 19. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 17, wherein: the orientation changing means comprises a second rotating mechanism adapted to rotate the support means relative to the moving arm in a different direction than the first rotating mechanism; the support means comprises a proximal edge adjacent to the moving arm and a distal edge opposite to the proximal edge; and when the moving means moves the support means along the moving path after the beginning of the movement and before the ending of the movement, the control means controls the orientation changing means to rotate the second rotating mechanism in a third direction so that the distal edge of the support means is arranged higher than the proximal edge of the support means. 20. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 1, wherein the support plate is inclined in two different directions when said moving mechanism moves said support plate. 21. A sheet handling device comprising: a support means for supporting plural sheets stacked on one another; a moving means for moving said support plate along a moving path; and an orientation changing means for adjusting an orientation of said support plate so that the support means is held at an inclined position relative to the moving path when said moving means moves said support means, to prevent said sheets from being offset by influence of inertia on said support means. 22. A sheet handling device comprising: at least one support plate for supporting plural sheets stacked on one another; a moving mechanism for moving said support plate along a moving path; an orientation changer for adjusting an orientation of said support plate, to prevent said sheets from being offset by influence of inertia on said support plate while said moving mechanism moves said support plate, and a control unit for controlling said moving mechanism, initially to move said support plate in acceleration in an accelerating step, next to move said support plate at a regular speed in an regular speed step, and then to move said support plate in deceleration in an decelerating step, wherein: said orientation changer includes a first rotating mechanism for rotating said support plate about a first axis extending in an extending direction in which said support plate extends from said moving mechanism; and said first rotating mechanism being controlled by said control unit, actuated in said accelerating step, for inclining said support plate to position an upstream edge higher with reference to said moving path, and actuated in said decelerating step, for inclining said support plate to position a downstream edge higher with reference to said moving path. 23. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 22, wherein said orientation changer further includes a second rotating mechanism for rotating said support plate about a second axis extending in a direction of said moving path, said second rotating mechanism being controlled by said control unit, actuated in said regular speed step, for inclining said support plate to position higher a front end thereof with reference to said extending direction of said support plate. 24. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 23, wherein said at least one support plate comprises first and second support plates for clamping said sheets stacked on one another. 25. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 24, wherein said moving mechanism is a rotational moving mechanism, and said moving path is in an arc shape. 26. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 25, further comprising a sheet stacking station, supplied with said sheets, for stacking said sheets on one another; said moving mechanism initially picks up said sheets from said sheet stacking station, and then moves said sheets substantially horizontally in said moving path. 27. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 26, wherein said second rotating mechanism is further actuated in a step of picking up said sheets, and inclines said support plate to position said front end higher with reference to said extending direction of said support plate. 28. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 27, wherein said sheet stacking station supports said sheets with an inclination in an inclining direction of said support plate inclined by said second rotating mechanism. 29. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 22, further comprising: a cover handling module for handling a protective cover, to stack either of said protective cover and said sheets on a remainder thereof by cooperation with said support plate and said moving mechanism; and a cover folding module for folding said protective cover, to obtain a cover-fitted sheet stack in which said protective cover is loaded with said sheets. 30. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 22, wherein said orientation changer comprises a rotating mechanism for rotating said support plate about an axis extending in a direction of said moving path, said rotating mechanism being controlled by said control unit, actuated in said regular speed step, for inclining said support plate to position higher a front end thereof with reference to said extending direction of said support plate. 31. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 22, wherein said at least one support plate comprises first and second support plates for clamping said sheets stacked on one another. 32. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 22, wherein said moving mechanism is a rotational moving mechanism, and said moving path is in an arc shape. 33. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 22, further comprising a sheet stacking station, supplied with said sheets, for stacking said sheets on one another; said moving mechanism initially picks up said sheets from said sheet stacking station, and then moves said sheets substantially horizontally in said moving path. 34. A sheet handling device as defined in claim 33, wherein: said sheet stacking station supports said sheets with an inclination in an inclining direction; and said rotating mechanism is further actuated in a step of picking up said sheets, and inclines said support plate to position said front end higher with reference to said extending direction of said support plate.
