A beverage cooler includes a receptacle, adjustable platform and raising mechanism. The receptacle has a bottom, walls and an open top. The platform has at least one orifice, at least one guide and a threaded orifice. The raising mechanism includes at least one track, a threaded shaft and a rotating mechanism to move the platform between an upper and lower position.
