The collector module as defined in claim 1, wherein the collector device is said collector manifold and the sealing device is a sliding element movable in the longitudinal direction of the collector device. 3. The collector module as defined in claim 2, wherein the U-shaped connecting part has two arms and respective locking elements on free ends of said two arms and the slider element has corresponding locking elements cooperating with said respective locking elements of said connecting part. 4. The collector module as defined in claim 3, wherein the respective locking elements on the two arms of the U-shaped connecting part and the corresponding locking elements of the slider comprise grooves and tongues. 5. The collector module as defined in claim 4, wherein said tongues and grooves extend in the longitudinal direction of said collector device. 6. The collector module as defined in claim 1, wherein the sealing device is a pivoting element pivotally mounted on the U-shaped connecting part. 7. The collector module as defined in claim 1, wherein a width of the U-shaped connecting part in the longitudinal direction of the collector device is less than an outer diameter of the cup-shaped receiving part. 8. The collector module as defined in claim 1, wherein said at least one collector tube consists of at least two collector tubes; and each cup-shaped receiving part of said at least two collector tubes has opposing side walls spaced from each other in a collector device direction and respective locking members arranged on outer sides of said side walls, which cooperate with corresponding locking members arranged on neighboring cup-shaped receiving parts. 9. The collector module as defined in claim 1, wherein said connector has a roof-attaching device arranged in a transitional region between the cup-shaped receiving part and the U-shaped connecting part. 10. The collector module as defined in claim 9, wherein said roof-attaching device comprises at least one ring element provided with a through-going opening extending perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the connector. 11. The collector module as defined in claim 1, further comprising a respective foot cap glued on a closed end of each of said at least one collector tube. 12. The collector module as defined in claims 11, wherein said foot cap is provided with a run off opening. 13. The collector module as defined in claim 11, wherein said foot cap has side walls on opposite outer sides and locking members arranged on said side walls of said foot cap, and said locking members comprise means for cooperating with corresponding locking means provided on neighboring foot caps. 14. The collector module as defined in claim 13, wherein said locking members provided on said foot cap comprise tongues and grooves. 15. The collector module as defined in claims 13, wherein said foot cap has a base with at least one retaining element.
