The invention claimed is: 1. A seating product comprising: a base including side arms; a back structure including a back frame pivoted to the base at back pivots for movement between upright and reclined positions and a polymeric sheet supported in front of the back frame and adapted to support a seated user; and a seat pivoted to the back structure at seat pivots and operably supported for movement on the base, the back structure including right and left configured end sections positioned on opposite sides of the seat and that are each located generally between the sides of the seat and associated ones of the side arms, the side arms each defining a vertically-elongated shape with a free end adapted to telescopingly support an armrest for height adjustment. 2. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the configured end sections include structure defining both the back and seat pivots. 3. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the side arms are elongated vertically and are stationary relative to the base. 4. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the seat and back pivots are spaced apart and located so that the seat moves upon recline of the back structure with a synchronous motion. 5. The seating product defined in claim 4, wherein the seat and back pivots are located so that the seat moves forward upon recline of the back structure. 6. The seating product defined in claim 4, wherein the seat pivot is located below the back pivot when in the upright position. 7. The seating product defined in claim 6, wherein the seat pivot is also rearward of the back pivot. 8. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the seat also has a front portion operably supported for movement on the base. 9. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the back pivots are on an outboard side of the configured end sections and the seat pivots are on an inboard side of the configured end sections. 10. The seating product defined in claim 9, wherein the seat pivots are located along outboard edges of the seat. 11. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the configured end sections each are vertically elongated and define a narrow horizontal dimension shaped to fit within a space between an associated edge of the seat and the associated side arm. 12. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the configured end sections have relatively flat inboard and outboard surfaces and are elongated vertically for strength. 13. The seating product defined in claim 1, including an armrest supported on each of said side arms. 14. The seating product defined in claim 13, wherein the armrests are vertically adjustable. 15. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the polymeric sheet includes a flexible lumbar section, and including an energy mechanism on the polymeric sheet that biases the flexible lumbar section toward a forwardly protruding convex shape. 16. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the polymeric sheet includes a back shell, the back frame being external to the back shell and supporting the back shell. 17. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the base includes an underseat support, and the side arms include a horizontal portion extending laterally from the underseat support and a vertical portion extending upwardly from the horizontal portion. 18. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the base includes a center post and radially-extending legs with castors thereon. 19. The seating product defined in claim 1, wherein the side arms each define an internal cavity that opens upwardly for telescopingly supporting the armrest. 20. A seating product comprising: a seat; a base including a pair of support members disposed on respective sides of the base and extending above the seat; the base further including a center post and radially-extending legs with castors thereon; a back shaped and adapted to support a seated user, said back having a frame member with ends extending downwardly and forwardly from the back on each side of the back to a position adjacent the support members to thus define a T-shaped arrangement with the support members, each of the frame member ends being pivotally connected to an associated one of the support members on the base to allow movement of the back between upright and reclined positions; and the seat being pivotally supported on each of the sides of the base and coupled to the frame member ends for movement upon recline of the back. 21. The seating product defined in claim 20, wherein the ends of the frame member for the back comprise forwardly-extending support structures located inboard of the support members. 22. The seating product defined in claim 20, wherein the pair of support members include spaced-apart vertically-extending vertically-elongated side arms. 23. The seating product defined in claim 20, wherein the support members are elongated vertically and are stationary relative to the base. 24. The seating product defined in claim 20, wherein the seat and back pivots are spaced apart and located so that the seat moves upon recline of the back with a synchronous motion. 25. The seating product defined in claim 24, wherein the seat and back pivots are located so that the seat moves forward upon recline of the back. 26. The seating product defined in claim 24, wherein the seat pivot is located below the back pivot when in the upright position. 27. The seating product defined in claim 20, wherein the T-shaped arrangement on each side of the base is defined by overlapping portions of the ends and the support members that are visible from the sides. 28. The seating product defined in claim 20, wherein the seat also has a front portion operably supported for movement on the base. 29. The seating product defined in claim 20, wherein the ends have flat inboard and outboard surfaces and are elongated vertically for strength. 30. The seating product defined in claim 20, wherein the back includes a back shell and further includes a frame that is external to the back shell and that supports the back shell. 31. The seating product defined in claim 20, wherein the back includes a flexible lumbar section, and including an energy mechanism that biases the flexible lumbar section toward a forwardly protruding convex shape. 32. A seating product comprising: a seat; a base including a pair of support members disposed on respective sides of the base and extending above the seat; a back shaped and adapted to support a seated user, said back having a frame member with ends extending downwardly and forwardly from the back on each side of the back to a position adjacent the support members to thus define a T-shaped arrangement with the support members, each of the frame member ends being pivotally connected to an associated one of the support members on the base to allow movement of the back between upright and reclined positions; and the seat being pivotally supported on each of the sides of the base and coupled to the frame member ends for movement upon recline of the back, wherein the ends each are vertically elongated and define a narrow horizontal dimension shaped to fit within a space between an associated edge of the seat and the associated support member of the base. 35. The seating product defined in claim 34, wherein the seat and back pivots are spaced apart and located so that the seat moves upon recline of the back with a synchronous motion. 36. The seating product defined in claim 34, wherein the seat and back pivots are located so that the seat moves forward upon recline of the back. 37. The seating product defined in claim 34, wherein the seat pivot is located below the back pivot when in the upright position. 38. The seating product defined in claim 34, wherein the base includes a center post and radially-extending legs with castors thereon. 39. A seating product comprising: a base including a pair of vertical support members disposed on respective sides of the base; a seat operably supported on the base, the support members each having a free end extending upwardly adjacent the seat and being adapted to telescopingly and adjustably support an armrest; a back assembly pivoted to the base at a back pivot axis for movement between upright and reclined positions and having forwardly extending support structure proximate its lower portion, the forwardly extending support structure forming at least part of a connection of the back assembly to the base; said seat being pivoted to the forwardly extending support structure at a seat pivot axis spaced from the back pivot axis in an arrangement that causes the seat to move in response to recline of the back assembly; a spring operably biasing the back assembly toward the upright position; and an armrest supported on each of said vertical support members. 40. The seating product defined in claim 39, wherein the support structure includes structure defining both the back and seat pivot axes. 41. The seating product defined in claim 39, wherein the base includes side arms that are elongated vertically and that are stationary relative to the base. 42. The seating product defined in claim 39, wherein the seat and back pivot axes are spaced apart and located so that the seat moves upon recline of the back assembly with a synchronous motion. 43. The seating product defined claim 39, wherein the base includes a center post and radially-extending legs with castors thereon. 44. The seating product defined in claim 39, wherein the support members each define an internal cavity that opens upwardly for telescopingly supporting the armrest. 45. The seating product defined in claim 39, wherein the seat also has a front portion operably supported for movement on the base. 46. The seating product defined in claim 39, wherein the support structure is vertically elongated and define a narrow horizontal dimension shaped to fit within a space between an associated edge of the seat and an associated upwardly-extending side arm on the base. 48. The seating product defined in claim 39, including armrests that vertically adjustably engage the support members. 49. The seating product defined in claim 39, wherein the armrests are vertically adjustable. 50. The seating product defined in claim 39, wherein the spring biases the seat, and the seat in turn biases the back assembly. 51. The seating product defined in claim 39, wherein the back assembly includes a back shell and further includes a frame that is external to the back shell and that supports the back shell. 52. A seating product comprising: a base including vertical support members; a seat operably supported on the base; a back assembly pivoted to the base at a back pivot axis for movement between upright and reclined positions and having forwardly extending support structure proximate its lower portion, the forwardly extending support structure forming at least part of a connection of the back assembly to the base; said seat being pivoted to the forwardly extending support structure at a seat pivot axis spaced from the back pivot axis in an arrangement that causes the seat to move in response to recline of the back assembly; and a spring operably biasing the back assembly toward the upright position; including an armrest supported on each of said vertical support members; wherein the base includes a center post and radially-extending legs with castors thereon. 53. A seating product comprising: a mobile base including a plurality of legs, a central pedestal and a control having a pair of support members disposed on respective sides thereof; a back assembly pivoted to the support members at a first pivot axis for movement between upright and reclined positions, said a back assembly including a back shaped and adapted to support a seated user, said back assembly further including a pair of forwardly extending support structures located proximate the sides of a lower portion thereof, each of the forwardly extending support structures being pivotably connected to an associated one of the support members on the base to allow movement of the back between the upright and reclined positions; a seat operably supported on the base between said support members, said seat being pivotably coupled to the forwardly extending support structures at a second pivot axis spaced from the first pivot axis in an arrangement causing the seat to move in response to recline of the back; and an armrest supported on each of the support members; the forwardly extending support structures and the support members forming a visible T-shaped overlapping arrangement, with the support structure extending rearwardly from overlapping adjacent portions defined by the overlapping arrangement and the support structures extending upwardly and downwardly from the overlapping adjacent portions. 54. The seating product defined in claim 53, wherein the armrests are vertically adjustable on the support members. 55. The seating product defined in claim 53, wherein the support structures include configured end sections that define both the first and second pivot axes. 56. The seating product defined in claim 53, wherein the support members are elongated vertically and are stationary relative to the base. 57. The seating product defined in claim 53, wherein the first and second pivot axes are spaced apart and located so that the seat moves upon recline of the back with a synchronous motion. 58. The seating product defined in claim 57, wherein the first and second pivot axes are located so that the seat moves forward upon recline of the back. 59. The seating product defined in claim 53, wherein the seat also has a front portion operably supported for movement on the base. 60. The seating product defined in claim 53, wherein the support structures include configured end sections that each are vertically elongated and define a narrow horizontal dimension shaped to fit within a space between an associated edge of the seat and the associated support member. 61. A seating product comprising: a seat; a base including a pair of support members disposed on respective sides of the base and extending above the seat; a back shaped and adapted to support a seated user, said back having a frame member with ends extending downwardly and forwardly from the back on each side of the back to a position adjacent the support members to thus define a T-shaped arrangement with the support members, each of the frame member ends being pivotally connected to an associated one of the support members on the base to allow movement of the back between upright and reclined positions; and the seat being pivotally supported on each of the sides of the base and coupled to the frame member ends for movement upon recline of the back, wherein the base includes an underseat support, and the support members include a horizontal portion extending laterally from the underseat support and a vertical portion extending upwardly from the horizontal portion. 62. A seating product comprising: a base; a seat operably supported on the base; a back assembly pivoted to the base at a back pivot axis for movement between upright and reclined positions and having forwardly extending support structure proximate its lower portion, the forwardly extending support structure forming at least part of a connection of the back assembly to the base; said seat being pivoted to the forwardly extending support structure at a seat pivot axis spaced from the back pivot axis in an arrangement that causes the seat to move in response to recline of the back assembly; and a spring operably biasing the back assembly toward the upright position, including an armrest supported on each of said vertical support members; wherein the back assembly includes a flexible lumbar section, and including an energy mechanism on the back assembly that biases the flexible lumbar section toward a forwardly protruding convex shape. 63. A chair comprising: a base including plurality of castored legs, a central pedestal and a control having a pair of support members disposed on respective sides thereof; a back assembly pivoted to the support members at a first pivot axis for movement between upright and reclined positions, said a back assembly including a back shaped and adapted to support a seated user, said back assembly further including a pair of forwardly extending support structures located proximate the sides of a lower portion thereof, each of the forwardly extending support structures being pivotably connected to an associated one of the support members on the base to allow movement of the back between the upright and reclined positions; and a seat operably supported on the base between said support members, said seat being pivotably coupled to the forwardly extending support structures at a second pivot axis spaced vertically from the first pivot axis in an arrangement causing the seat to move in response to recline of the back; the forwardly extending support structures and the pair of support members forming on each side of the seat a T-shaped overlapping structural arrangement that both pivotally supports the back assembly on the base and also movably supports a portion of the seat on the back assembly. 64. The chair defined in claim 63, wherein the T-shaped overlapping structural arrangement is outwardly visible on each side. 65. The chair defined in claim 63, wherein the second pivot axis is located below the first pivot axis in an arrangement that causes the seat to move forward upon recline of the back. 66. The chair defined in claim 63, wherein the second pivot axis is located relative to the first pivot axis in an arrangement that causes the seat to move in part upwardly upon recline of the back. 67. The chair defined in claim 63, wherein the support structures include configured end sections with structure defining both the first and second pivot axes. 68. The chair defined in claim 63, wherein the support members are elongated vertically and are stationary relative to the base. 69. The chair defined in claim 63, wherein the first and second pivot axes are spaced apart and located so that the seat moves upon recline of the back with a synchronous motion. 70. The chair defined in claim 69, wherein the first and second pivot axes are located so that the seat moves forward upon recline of the back. 71. The chair defined in claim 63, wherein the seat also has a front portion operably supported for movement on the base. 72. The chair defined in claim 63, wherein the first pivot axis is on an outboard side of the associated support structures and the second pivot axis is on an inboard side of the associated support structures. 73. The chair defined in claim 72, wherein the back assembly includes configured end sections that each are vertically elongated and define a narrow horizontal dimension shaped to fit within a space between an associated edge of the seat and the associated support members. 74. The chair defined in claim 72, wherein the back assembly includes configured end sections that each have relatively flat inboard and outboard surfaces and are elongated vertically for strength. 75. The chair defined in claim 63, including an armrest supported on each of said support members. 76. The chair defined in claim 75, wherein the armrest is vertically adjustable. 77. The chair defined in claim 63, wherein the back assembly includes a flexible lumbar section, and including an energy mechanism on back assembly that biases the flexible lumbar section toward a forwardly protruding convex shape. 78. A seating product comprising: a base including a pair of support members disposed on respective sides of the base; a seat operably supported on the base, the support members each having a free end extending upwardly adjacent the seat and being adapted to telescopingly and adjustably support an armrest; a back assembly pivoted to the base at a back pivot axis for movement between upright and reclined positions and having forwardly extending support structure proximate its lower portion, the forwardly extending support structure forming at least part of a connection of the back assembly to the base; said seat being pivoted to the forwardly extending support structure at a seat pivot axis spaced from the back pivot axis in an arrangement that causes the seat to move in response to recline of the back assembly; and a spring operably biasing the back assembly toward the upright position; wherein the seat and back pivot axes are spaced apart and located so that the seat moves upon recline of the back assembly with a synchronous motion; wherein the seat pivot axis is located below the back pivot axis when in the upright position. 79. The seating product defined in claim 78, wherein the seat pivot axis is rearward of the back pivot axis. 80. The seating product defined in claim 78, wherein the seat and back pivots are located so that the seat moves forward upon recline of the back. 81. The seating product defined in claim 78, wherein the base includes a center post and radially-extending legs with castors thereon. 82. The seating product defined in claim 78, wherein the seat also has a front portion operably supported for movement on the base. 83. A seating product comprising: a base including side arms; a back structure pivoted to the base at back pivots for movement between upright and reclined positions; a seat pivoted to the back structure at seat pivots and operably supported for movement on the base, the back structure including right and left configured end sections positioned on opposite sides of the seat and that are each located generally between the sides of the seat and associated ones of the side arms; and a spring operably biasing the back structure continuously toward the upright position; wherein the back structure includes a lower frame with forwardly extending configured ends that overlap with and define with the side arms a T-shaped arrangement on each side of the seat, wherein the seat and back pivots are spaced apart and located so that the seat moves upon recline of the back with a asynchronous motion, and including an armrest support on each of the side arms, the armrests being vertically adjustable; and wherein the base includes an underseat support, and the side arms each include a horizontal portion extending laterally from the underseat support and a vertical portion extending upwardly from the horizontal portion. 84. The seating product defined in claim 83, wherein the T-shaped arrangement is outwardly visible on each side of the base. 85. The seating product defined in claim 83, wherein the seat and back pivots are located so that the seat moves forwardly upon recline of the back structure. 86. The seating product defined in claim 83, wherein the base includes a center post and radially-extending legs with castors thereon. 87. A seating product comprising: a seat; a base including a pair of support members disposed on respective sides of the base and extending above the seat; a back shaped and adapted to support a seated user, said back having a frame member with ends extending downwardly and forwardly from the back on each side of the back to a position adjacent the support members to thus define a T-shaped arrangement with the support members, each of the frame member ends being pivotally connected to an associated one of the support members on the base to allow movement of the back between upright and reclined positions; and the seat being pivotally supported on each of the sides of the base and coupled to the frame member ends for movement upon recline of the back, wherein the ends include structure defining both the back and seat pivots. 88. The seating product defined claim 87, wherein the seat pivot is also rearward of the back pivot. 89. The seating product defined in claim 87, wherein the back pivots are on an outboard side of the ends of the frame member and the seat pivots are on an inboard side of the ends. 90. The seating product defined in claim 89, wherein the seat pivots are located along outboard edges of the seat. 91. The seating product defined in claim 87, wherein the seat and back pivots are spaced apart and located so that the seat moves upon recline of the back with a synchronous motion. 92. A seating product comprising: a base including side arms; a back structure pivoted directly to the side arms of the base at back pivots for movement between upright and reclined positions; and a seat pivoted to the back structure at rear seat pivots and operably supported for movement on the base, the back structure including a lower frame positioned rearward of the side arms and further including right and left configured end sections extending forwardly from the lower frame to locations on opposite sides of the seat and that are each located generally between the sides of the seat and associated ones of the side arms; including an armrest supported on each of the side arms; wherein the base includes an underseat support, and the side arms each include a horizontal portion extending laterally from the underseat support and a vertical portion extending upwardly from the horizontal portion. 96. The seating product defined in claim 95, wherein the lower frame, configured end sections, and side arms form a visible T-shaped intersecting arrangement. 97. The seating product defined in claim 95, wherein the seat and back pivots are located so that the seat moves forwardly upon recline of the back structure. 98. The seating product defined in claim 95, including a back stop constructed to selectively stop recline of the back structure in at least one partial recline position. 99. A seating product comprising: a base including side arms; a back structure pivoted directly to the side arms of the base at back pivots for movement between upright and reclined positions; and a seat pivoted to the back structure at rear seat pivots and operably supported for movement on the base, the back structure including a lower frame positioned rearward of the side arms and further including right and left configured end sections extending forwardly from the lower frame to locations on opposite sides of the seat and that are each located generally between the sides of the seat and associated ones of the side arms; including an armrest supported on each of the side arms; wherein the base includes a center post and radially-extending legs with castors thereon. 103.
