A method of treating abnormal biological conditions arising in and/or affecting the vagina involves supplying a flow of water to the vaginal canal while a treatment device having an external surface of stainless steel is disposed therein so as to primarily or preventatively treat an existing or potential abnormal biological condition including fungal, bacterial, viral, inflammatory and neoplastic conditions. The supply of water to the vaginal canal while the stainless steel of the treatment device is disposed therein causes a natural reaction to occur in the vaginal canal which prevents and/or normalizes abnormal biological conditions.

The method of treating recited in claim 1 wherein said step of supplying comprises manipulating the treatment device within the vaginal canal as the flow of water is supplied to the vaginal canal. 17. The method of treating recited in claim 16 wherein said step of manipulating comprises moving the treatment device longitudinally, rotationally and laterally within the vaginal canal. 18. The method of treating recited in claim 1 wherein said step of repeating includes treating an abnormal fungal condition. 19. The method of treating recited in claim 18 wherein said step of treating includes treating a yeast infection. 20. The method of treating recited in claim 1 wherein said step of repeating includes treating an abnormal viral condition. 21. The method of treating recited in claim 20 wherein said step of treating includes treating viral sexually transmitted diseases. 22. The method of treating recited in claim 1 wherein said step of repeating includes repeating said steps of introducing, supplying, causing, allowing and withdrawing at least every two days until symptoms of the abnormal biological condition disappear. 23. The method of treating recited in claim 22 wherein said step of repeating includes repeating said steps of introducing, supplying, causing, allowing and withdrawing every day for 7 to 21 days. 24. The method of treating recited in claim 1 wherein said step of repeating includes repeating said steps of introducing, supplying, causing, allowing and withdrawing at regular intervals as a primary treatment for an existing abnormal biological condition. 25. The method of treating recited in claim 1 wherein said step of repeating includes repeating said steps of introducing, supplying, causing, allowing and withdrawing at regular intervals as a preventative treatment for a potential abnormal biological condition. 26. The method of treating recited in claim 1 wherein said step of supplying includes supplying about 32 ounces of water to the vaginal canal. 27. A method of treating an abnormal biological condition arising in or affecting the vagina, comprising the steps of introducing a treatment device having an external surface of stainless steel in the vaginal canal; supplying a flow of water to the vaginal canal while the treatment device is disposed therein; causing a natural therapeutic reaction to occur in the vaginal canal resulting from the combined presence of the stainless steel and water; withdrawing the treatment device from the vaginal canal upon termination of the flow of water to the vaginal canal; repeating said steps of introducing, supplying, causing and withdrawing at regular intervals for the natural therapeutic reaction to normalize or prevent the abnormal biological condition; and prior to said steps of introducing, the step of measuring vaginal pH. 28. The method of treating recited in claim 27 wherein said step of repeating includes repeating said steps of introducing, supplying, causing and withdrawing at more frequent regular intervals where the measured vaginal pH is greater than 4.5 and less than 4.0 and at less frequent regular intervals where the measured vaginal pH is in the range of 4.0 to 4.5. 29. A method of treating an abnormal biological condition arising in or affecting the vagina, comprising the steps of introducing a vaginal douche applicator having an external surface of stainless steel in the vaginal canal so that the external surface is in contact with the vaginal wall, the vaginal douche applicator including an applicator body having a central longitudinal axis, a head at e forward end of the applicator body defining a closed distal end of the vaginal douche applicator, an internal passage within the vaginal douche applicator open at a rearward end of the applicator body, a plurality of forward discharge holes and a plurality of rearward discharge holes in the head in communication with the internal passage, a plurality of external body channels extending longitudinally along the applicator body, and a plurality of external head channels extending along the head in a direction transverse to the central longitudinal axis, said step of introducing including introducing the vagina douche applicator head first in the vagina canal; supplying a flow of plain water to the internal passage of the vaginal douche applicator; discharging the water from the internal passage of the vaginal douche applicator into the vaginal canal with the purpose of causing a natural therapeutic reaction in the vaginal canal resulting solely from the combined of stainless steel and plain water with the vaginal wall, said step of discharging including discharging the water into the vaginal canal through the forward and rearward discharge holes; causing the natural therapeutic reaction to occur in the vaginal canal resulting solely from the combined contact of the stainless steel and plain water with the vaginal wall; allowing the water to drain from the vaginal canal along the external head channels and body channels toward the rearward end of the applicator body; withdrawing the vaginal douche applicator from the vaginal canal upon termination of the flow of water to the internal passage; and repeating said steps of introducing, supplying, discharging, causing, allowing and withdrawing at regular intervals for the natural therapeutic reaction to normalize or prevent the abnormal biological condition. 30.
