The firearm and munitions kit according to claim 1 further comprising: the firearm and munitions kit being capable of adapting a variety of bolt action rifles having a 22 caliber bore. 5. The firearm and munitions kit according to claim 1, wherein the body bore first inside diameter is approximately 0.376 inches, but greater than 0.375 inches. 6. The firearm and munitions kit according to claim 1, wherein the body bore second inside diameter is approximately 0.373 inches, but greater than 0.372 inches. 7. The firearm and munitions kit according to claim 1, wherein the neck bore inside diameter D6 is approximately 0.263 inches, but greater than 0.2625 inches. 8. The firearm and munitions kit according to claim 1, wherein the body first outside diameter of the cartridge is approximately 0.372 inches, but greater than 0.371 inches. 9.
