An engine mounting structure of a low floor type vehicle comprising: right and left low floors forming step floors for putting a rider's feet on, a longitudinal V-type engine mounted below the low floors, the V-type engine including a crankcase, a center cover that covers the V-type engine, and a body frame comprising a head pipe, right and left upper frames extended backward and downward from the head pipe, right and left down frames extended downward from the head pipe and coupled to a front of the crankcase of the V-type engine, wherein the body frame is a diamond type frame suspending the V-type engine; right and left low floor supporting frames fixed to lower parts of the right and left down frames, respectively, and the right and left low floors are supported by the right and left low floor supporting frames, respectively; wherein the longitudinal V-type engine further comprises a front cylinder and a rear cylinder, with the rear cylinder between the right and left upper frames, wherein a banking angle between the front cylinder and the rear cylinder of the V-type engine is equal to or greater than about 90��, the V-type engine is arranged with a bisector of the banking angle extending through the head pipe of the body frame, a fuel tank and an air intake system, wherein the air intake system is between the cylinders and the fuel tank is arranged above the intake system, and a seat, and a straddling space formed between a front side of the seat and a rear side of the fuel tank and above the right and left upper frames to permit a rider to straddle the vehicle. 2. The engine mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the front cylinder extends in front of the right and left down frames. 3. The engine mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the banking angle between the front cylinder and the rear cylinder of the V-type engine is equal to 90��. 4. The engine mounting structure of claim 1, wherein the engine adds to the strength of the frame. 5. A low floor type vehicle comprising: a diamond type frame, the frame including a head pipe, right and left upper frames extended backward and downward from the head pipe, right and left down frames extended downward from the head pipe and coupled to a front of a crankcase of an engine; the engine includes a longitudinal V-type engine with a front cylinder and rear cylinder and wherein a banking angle between the front cylinder and the rear cylinder of the V-type engine is equal to or greater than about 90��, and the rear cylinder is between the right and left upper frames; right and left low floors forming step floors for putting a rider's feet on; right and left low floor supporting frames fixed to lower parts of the right and left down frames, respectively, and the right and left low floors are supported by the right and left low floor supporting frames, respectively; a fuel tank and an air intake system, wherein the air intake system is between the cylinders and the fuel tank is arranged above the intake system; a center cover that covers the engine; wherein the engine is mounted on the frame below the right and left low floors of the low floor type vehicle; a seat, and a straddling space formed between a front side of the seat and a rear side of the fuel tank and above the right and left upper frames to permit a rider to straddle the vehicle. 6. The low floor type vehicle of claim 5, wherein the longitudinal V-type engine is suspended by the diamond type frame. 7. An engine mounting structure of a low floor type vehicle comprising: right and left low floors forming step floors for putting a rider's feet on, a longitudinal V-type engine mounted below the right and left low floors of the vehicle, a center cover that covers the V-type engine, and a body frame including a head pipe, right and left upper frames, and a pair of supporting frames extending longitudinally along right and left sides of the V-type engine, the supporting frames defining an opening therebetween so as to support the right and left low floors and allow the V-type engine to be arranged below the right and left low floors, wherein the longitudinal V-type engine further comprises a front cylinder and a rear cylinder, the rear cylinder is between the right and left upper frames, a fuel tank and an air intake system, wherein the air intake system is between the cylinders and the fuel tank is arranged above the intake system, a seat, and a straddling space formed between a front side of the seat and a rear side of the fuel tank and above the right and left upper frames to permit a rider to straddle the vehicle, wherein a banking angle between the front cylinder and the rear cylinder of the V-type engine is equal to or greater than about 90��, and the V-type engine is arranged with a bisector of the banking angle extending through the head pipe of the body frame. 8. The engine mounting structure of claim 7, wherein the V-type engine including a crankcase, and the right and left upper frames extend backward and downward from the head pipe, and the body frame further includes right and left down frames extended downward from the head pipe and coupled to a front of the crankcase of the V-type engine, wherein the body frame is a diamond type frame suspending the V-type engine. 9. A low floor type vehicle comprising: a diamond type frame, the frame including right and left upper frames, end a pair of supporting frames extending longitudinally along right and left sides of the vehicle, the supporting frames defining an opening therebetween, right and left low floors supported by the supporting frames, the right and left low floors forming step floors for putting a rider's feet on, an engine supported in the opening of the supporting frames below the right and left low floors, the engine including a front cylinder and a rear cylinder, and the rear cylinder is between the right and left upper frames. a fuel tank and an air intake system, wherein the air intake system is between the cylinders and the fuel tank is arranged above the intake system, a seat, and a straddling space formed between a front side of the seat and a rear side of the fuel tank and above the right and left upper frames to permit a rider to straddle the vehicle, and a center cover that covers the engine. 10. The low floor type vehicle of claim 9, wherein the engine comprises a longitudinal V-type engine and wherein a banking angle between the front cylinder and the rear cylinder of the V-type engine is equal to or greater than about 90��.
