The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 1, wherein said periphery of the one or more working assemblies engages an outboard surface and/or an inboard surface of the tire. 3. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 2, wherein the one or more working assemblies includes a platen carrying an oscillating motor connected to an output shaft connected to a hub engagement mechanism, wherein the oscillating motor, output shaft, and hub engagement mechanism providing forces to axially-move and axially-oscillate the wheel about an axis while the periphery of the platen axially-fixes the tire about the axis. 4. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 2, wherein the one or more working assemblies includes a platen carrying a platen moving device and a shaft connected to a hub engagement mechanism, wherein the platen moving device provide forces to the periphery of the platen to axially-move and axially-oscillate the tire about an axis while the output shaft and hub engagement mechanism axially-fixes the wheel about the axis. 5. A tire/wheel bead entrapment remover, comprising: one or more working assemblies that substantially engages a portion of a tire including a bead and a portion of a wheel including a beat seat, wherein the one or more working assemblies axially-moves the wheel along an axis while axially-fixing the tire along the axis to remove one or more entrapments between the bead and the beat seat, one or more vacuum devices connected to the one or more working assemblies by a hose, wherein the one or more vacuum devices provides a vacuum to evacuate entrapments including air bubbles, lubricants, or contaminants in an area between the bead and the beat seat. 6. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 5, wherein a circumferential perimeter of the one or more working assemblies sealingly-engages an outboard surface and/or an inboard surface of the tire. 7. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 6, wherein the one or more working assemblies includes a platen carrying an oscillating motor connected to an output shaft connected to a hub engagement mechanism, wherein the oscillating motor, output shaft, and hub engagement mechanism providing forces to axially-move and axially-oscillate the wheel about the axis while the circumferential perimeter of the platen axially-fixes the tire about the axis. 8. A tire/wheel bead entrapment remover, comprising: one or more working assemblies that substantially engages a portion of a tire including a bead and a portion of a wheel including a beat seat, wherein the one or more working assemblies axially-moves the tire about the axis while axially-fixing the wheel about the axis to remove one or more entrapments between the bead and the beat seat, one or more vacuum devices connected to the one or more working assemblies by a hose, wherein the one or more vacuum devices provides a vacuum to evacuate entrapments including air bubbles, lubricants, or contaminants in an area between the bead and the beat seat. 9. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 8, wherein a circumferential perimeter of the one or more working assemblies sealingly-engages an outboard surface and/or an inboard surface of the tire. 10. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 9, wherein the one or more working assemblies includes a platen carrying a platen moving device and a shaft connected to a hub engagement mechanism, wherein the platen moving device provide forces to the circumferential perimeter of the platen to axially-move and axially-oscillate the tire about the axis while the output shaft and hub engagement mechanism axially-fixes the wheel about the axis. 11. A tire/wheel bead entrapment remover, comprising: one or more wheels that engages an outboard surface or an inboard surface of a tire mounted to a wheel, wherein a radial axis extends through the one or more wheels, wherein the radial axis traverses a radial line that radially extends from a common axis of rotation of the tire and the wheel, wherein the radial axis is misaligned with the radial line to form an angle θ. 12. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 11 further comprising a rotary motor connected to a rotary output shaft connected to a hub engagement mechanism that engages one or more of an inboard hub portion and/or an outboard hub portion of the wheel, wherein the hub engagement mechanism rotates the wheel about the common axis of rotation. 13. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 12 further comprising rollers that engages the outboard surface and/or the inboard surface of the tire to steady the tire and wheel during rotation of the tire and wheel about the common axis, wherein the rollers are powered by the rotary motor to rotate tire and wheel. 14. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 11, wherein the radial axis is substantially co-planar, but not coincident with a plane defined by the outboard surface or the inboard surface. 15. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 11, wherein the one or more wheels provide a pulling or kneading effect on the outboard surface and/or inboard surface when the tire and wheel are rotated about the common axis of rotation, wherein the kneading effect temporarily disrupts a seating of a tire bead located in a wheel bead seat to release entrapped air bubbles therebetween. 16. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 11, wherein the one or more wheels provide a kneading, vibration, and pulling effect on the outboard surface and/or inboard surface when the tire and wheel are rotated about the common axis of rotation, wherein the kneading, vibration, and pulling effect temporarily disrupts a seating of a tire bead located in a wheel bead seat to release entrapped air bubbles therebetween. 17. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover according to claim 16, wherein the one or more wheels provides an angular deviation from the angle, wherein the angular deviation provides an adjusted radial axis that does not pass through the common axis of rotation. 18. The tire/wheel bead entrapment remover of claim 11, further including means for allowing at least one of said one or more wheels to wobble between predetermined bounds. 19. A method for removing an entrapment from a tire/wheel assembly, comprising the steps of: mounting a tire to a wheel; inflating the tire to form a tire/wheel assembly; seating a bead of the tire in a bead seat of the wheel; axially-fixing the tire about an axis; and axially-moving the wheel about the axis, wherein the axially-moving step further includes the step of temporarily disrupting the seating of the bead in the bead seat to remove the entrapment between the bead and bead seat. 20. The method according to claim 19, wherein prior to the axially-fixing step, further comprising the step of circumferentially sealing one or more of an outboard and inboard surface of the tire with one or more of a working device. 21. The method according to claim 20 further comprising the step of applying a vacuum to evacuate the entrapment. 22. A method for removing an entrapment from a tire/wheel assembly, comprising the steps of: mounting a tire to a wheel; inflating the tire to form a tire/wheel assembly; seating a bead of the tire in a bead seat of the wheel; axially-fixing the wheel about an axis; and axially-moving the tire about the axis, wherein the axially-moving step further includes the step of temporarily disrupting the seating of the bead in the bead seat to remove the entrapment between the bead and bead seat. 23. The method according to claim 22, wherein prior to the axially-fixing step, further comprising the step of circumferentially sealing one or more of an outboard and inboard surface of the tire with one or more of a working device. 24. The method according to claim 23 further comprising the step of applying a vacuum to evacuate the entrapment. 25. A method for removing an entrapment from a tire/wheel assembly, comprising the steps of: mounting a tire to a wheel; inflating the tire to form a tire/wheel assembly; seating a bead of the tire in a bead seat of the wheel; engaging one or more of an outboard and inboard surface of the tire with one or more wheels; traversing a radial axis of the one or more wheels through a radial line that radially extends from an axis of rotation of the tire and the wheel, wherein the traversing step further includes the step of wobbling the one or more wheels to angularly deviate between predetermined bounds. 26. The method according to claim 25, wherein the engaging step further comprises the step of temporarily disrupting the seating of the bead in the bead seat to remove an entrapment between the bead and bead seat. 27. The method according to claim 25, wherein prior to the engaging step, further comprising the step of circumferentially sealing one or more of an outboard and inboard surface of the tire. 28. The method according to claim 27 further comprising the step of applying a vacuum to evacuate the entrapment. 29. A tire/wheel bead entrapment remover, comprising: one or more working assemblies having a periphery that engages a tire, wherein the one or more working assemblies axially-moves one of a wheel or a tire mounted to the wheel while axially-fixing the other of the tire or the wheel to remove one or more entrapments between a bead of the tire and a beat seat of the wheel, wherein said periphery of the one or more working assemblies engages an outboard surface and/or an inboard surface of the tire, wherein the one or more working assemblies includes a platen carrying an oscillating motor connected to an output shaft connected to a hub engagement mechanism, wherein the oscillating motor, output shaft and hub engagement mechanism provide forces to axially-move and axially-oscillate the wheel about an axis while the periphery of the platen axially-fixes the tire about the axis. 30. A tire/wheel bead entrapment remover, comprising: one or more working assemblies having a periphery that engages a tire, wherein the one or more working assemblies axially-moves one of a wheel or a tire mounted to the wheel while axially-fixing the other of the tire or the wheel to remove one or more entrapments between a bead of the tire and a beat seat of the wheel, wherein said periphery of the one or more working assemblies engages an outboard surface and/or an inboard surface of the tire, wherein the one or more working assemblies includes a platen carrying a platen moving device and a shaft connected to a hub engagement mechanism, wherein the platen moving device provide forces to the periphery of the platen to axially-move and axially-oscillate the tire about an axis while the output shaft and hub engagement mechanism axially-fixes the wheel about the axis.
