An image display device comprising: an image display panel including an image display side; heat dispersion material positioned proximate to the image display panel opposite the image display side; and a frame system comprising (i) a perimeter framework position proximate to the heat dispersion material opposite the image display panel, the perimeter framework including a top, bottom, first side, and second side; and (ii) a plurality of electronic components engaging the perimeter framework, wherein the image display device exhibits a support factor of 0 mm-W/m�� K. 8. The image display device of claim 7, wherein the top, bottom, first side and second side of the framework define an aperture. 9. The image display device of claim 8, wherein the heat dispersion material substantially spans the aperture. 10. The image display device of claim 7, wherein the heat dispersion material engages the top, bottom, first side and second side of the framework. 11. The image display device of claim 7, wherein the heat dispersion material comprises at least one sheet of compressed particles of exfoliated graphite. 12. The image display device of claim 7, wherein the image display panel is a plasma display panel. 13. The image display device of claim 7, wherein the image display panel is a liquid crystal display panel. 14. A image display device comprising: an image display panel; and a frame system comprising (i) heat dispersion material position proximate to the image display panel; (ii) a framework positioned proximate to the heat dispersion material opposite the image display panel; and (iii) a plurality of electronic components engaging the open frame, wherein the image display device exhibits a support factor of 0 mm-W/m�� K. 15. The image display device of claim 14, further including a first cross support spanning the framework and a plurality of second electronic components engaging the first cross support. 16. The image display device of claim 15, further including a second cross support spanning the framework wherein at least one of the second electronic components engages the second cross support. 17. The image display device of claim 14, further including an adhesive bonding the framework to the heat dispersion material. 18.
