What is claimed is: 1. A mold system for forming a plastic container, comprising: a mold having mold halves and a parting line; a raised pinch that has an upper surface that extends above the parting line; and at least one compression land; wherein the compression land is configured to have an extended length and is positioned a distance below the parting line, said length and distance configured so that the compression of a material within the mold does not block the closing of the mold halves. 2. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein the raised pinch is substantially flat and substantially parallel to the parting line. 3. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein the compression land includes an uppermost surface that is substantially parallel to the parting line and an angled segment. 4. The system as recited in claim 1, including first and second compression lands. 5. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the raised pinch is positioned at least 0.0025 above the parting line. 6. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein the at least one compression land extended length is at least about 0.010 inches and is positioned a distance below the parting line that is at least about 0.015 inches. 7. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein the raised pinch is comprised of stainless steel. 8. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein the system comprises a plurality of raised pinches. 9. The system as recited in claim 8, wherein raised pinches are positioned at or adjacent shallows associated with the mold. 10. The system as recited in claim 8, wherein a raised pinch is positioned at a handle eye position associated with the mold. 11. The system as recited in claim 8, wherein a raised pinch is positioned at a tail flash position associated with the mold. 12. The system as recited in claim 8, wherein a raised pinch is positioned at an outer side of a handle position associated with the mold. 13. The system as recited in claim 8, wherein a raised pinch is positioned at a handle eye position, a tail flash position, and an outer side of a handle position. 14. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein the raised pinch includes a sharp point. 15. The system as recited in claim 14, wherein the sharp point is at least 3/1000ths of an inch higher than surrounding surfaces of the mold. 16. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein said container includes a handle. 17. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein at least one of the mold halves is a bushing half and includes a cavity portion, a raised pinch, and one or more compression lands. 18. The system as recited in claim 17, wherein the raised pinch extends substantially flat and level relative to an associated parting line. 19. The system as recited in claim 18, wherein the raised pinch extends along a length of about 0.0100.0015 inches at a distance of about 0.0030.0005 inches above the parting line. 20. The system as recited in claim 19, wherein the raised pinch is positioned above an adjacent compression land that extends a length of about 0.0150.005 inches. 21. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein the compression land is stepped. 22. The system as recited in claim 21, wherein the compression land includes a first step portion and a second step portion. 23. The system as recited in claim 22, wherein the compression land includes an angled transition segment between the raised pinch and the first step portion; an angled transition segment between the first step portion and the second step portion; or angled transition segments between both the raised pinch and the first step portion and the first step portion and the second step portion. 24. The system as recited in claim 21, wherein the compression land include a first step portion positioned a first distance below the parting line and a second step portion positioned a second distance below the first portion. 25. The system as recited in claim 24, wherein the first distance is about 0.020 inches and the second distance is about 0.015 inches. 26. The system as recited in claim 24, wherein the compression land includes at least one angled transition segment. 27. The system as recited in claim 24, wherein the compression land includes a first angled transition segment between the uppermost surface and the first step portion, and a second angled transition segment between the first step portion and the second step portion. 28. The system as recited in claim 27, wherein the slope of the first angled transition segment and the slope of the second angled transition segment are each about 45 degrees3 degrees. 29. The system as recited in claim 21, wherein the raised pinch extends above the parting line and the compression land is offset by an angled transitional segment, the compression land positioned a distance of about 0.0700.005 inches below the parting line. 30. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein a portion of the mold includes a sandblasted surface. 31. The system as recited in claim 30, wherein at least a portion of the mold includes a surface that has been sandblasted with a fine material. 32. The system as recited in claim 31, wherein the fine material is a fine glass bead material and a portion of the mold has a fine glass bead finish. 33. The system as recited in claim 30, wherein one or more corners of the mold have been sandblasted. 34. The system as recited in claim 1, wherein the mold includes mold vents. 35. A mold system for forming a plastic container, comprising: a mold having mold halves and a parting line; a raised pinch that has an upper surface that extends above the parting line; and at least one compression land adjacent the raised pinch, the compression land including a portion with an extended length and the compression land being positioned a distance below the parting line; wherein the mold includes a surface with a fine glass bead finish for contact with said formed container. 36. The system as recited in claim 35, including a plurality of raised pinches. 37. The system as recited in claim 35, including a plurality of compression lands. 38. The system as recited in claim 35, wherein the mold includes one or more vents. 39. A mold system for forming a plastic container, comprising: a mold having mold halves, one or more vents, and a parting line; a plurality of raised pinches, each pinch having an upper surface that extends above the parting line; and a plurality of compression lands adjacent the raised pinch, the compression lands including a portion with an extended length, the compression lands being positioned a distance below the parting line; wherein the mold includes a surface with a fine glass bead finish for contact with said formed container.
