The portable information sign as recited in claim 1, wherein each of the first substantially triangular panel, the second substantially triangular panel, and the third substantially triangular panel further comprise a safety warning message. 4. The portable information sign device as recited in claim 1, wherein each of the top corner of the first substantially triangular panel, the top corner of the second substantially triangular panel, and the top corner of the third substantially triangular panel are coupled to the top plate foundation of the top plate. 5.
