A foldable device for use with at least one front wheel and at least one rear wheel, comprising: left and right side laterally spaced-apart first members, each of the first members having a first end portion and a second end portion; left and right side laterally spaced-apart second members, each of the second members having a first end portion and a second end portion; left and right side laterally spaced-apart third members, each of the third members having a first end portion and a second end portion, at least one of the first end portions of the first members having a mounting portion configured for mounting of the at least one front wheel thereto, at least one of the first end portions of the second members having a mounting portion configured for mounting of the at least one rear wheel thereto, and at least one of the first end portions of the third members having a handle portion; and left and right side laterally spaced-apart folding assemblies, each of the left and right side folding assemblies having a first rotatable plate having a central aperture and a second rotatable plate having a central aperture, the first and second rotatable plates being rotatably mounted on a pivot member having a bushing that passes through the central apertures of the first and second plates for symmetric rotation about the pivot member as a common axis, the first and second rotatable plates being arranged in face-to-face juxtaposition, the first and second rotatable plates each comprising a planar arm projecting therefrom and in coplanar relation therewith, one of the second end portions of a first one of the first, second and third members being fixedly attached to the arm of the first plate of the first rotatable member, one of the second end portions of a different second one of the first, second and third members being fixedly attached to the arm of the second plate of the second rotatable member, and one of the second end portions of another different third one of the first, second and third members supporting the pivot member, the juxtaposed faces of the first and second plates abut and slide along one another. 3. A foldable frame for use by a user comprising: a front wheel member supported by a front wheel and having an end portion spaced from the front wheel; a back wheel member supported by a back wheel and having an end portion spaced from the back wheel; a handle member having a grip portion gripable by the user and an end portion spaced from the grip portion; and a folding assembly configured to foldably couple the end portions of the front wheel support, the back wheel support, and the handle member together about a single pivot member, the folding assembly comprising: a first rotatable member and a second rotatable member each mounted to the pivot member and configured to pivot about the pivot member as a common pivot axis extending in an axial direction, and a pivot anchor assembly having a first portion confronting a second portion and being spaced from the second portion along the pivot axis, the pivot member extending between the first portion of the pivot anchor assembly and the second portion of the pivot anchor assembly, the first rotatable member and a second rotatable member being positioned between the first and second portions along the pivot axis, the pivot anchor assembly being otherwise disconnected from both the first rotatable member and the second rotatable member along the axial direction, one of the end portions of a first one of the front wheel, back wheel, and handle members being attached to the first rotatable member, one of the end portions of a different second one of the front wheel, back wheel, and handle members being attached to the second rotatable member, and one of the end portions of another different third one of the front wheel, back wheel, and handle members being attached to the pivot anchor assembly, the folding assembly further comprising a cover having an interior configured to house a portion of the pivot anchor assembly, a portion of the first rotatable member, and a portion of the second rotatable member therein, the interior of the cover is defined between a first cover portion and a second cover portion, the first portion of the pivot anchor assembly being between the first rotatable member and the first cover portion, the second portion of the pivot anchor assembly being between the second rotatable member and the second cover portion. 4. The foldable frame of claim 3, wherein the pivot member couples the first cover portion to the second cover portion sandwiching the portion of the pivot anchor assembly, the portion of the first rotatable member, and the portion of the second rotatable member therebetween. 5. The foldable frame of claim 4, wherein the pivot member comprises a bolt having a threaded end extending outwardly from one of the first and second cover portions and a head portion disposed outside the other of the first and second cover portions, the folding assembly further comprising a nut configured to thread onto the threaded end of the bolt and bear against the one of the first and second cover portions thereby securing the first cover portion to the second cover portion.
