A portable stowable cargo restraining enclosure assembly for limiting movement of cargo combined with and affixed to a seat cushion. The portable cargo restraining enclosure assembly includes a plurality of sidewalls which are pivoted and/or folded into a collapsed or stowed condition attached to the underside of a seat cushion.
