Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the telescopic handle (5) is placed abutting the outer wall of one of the faces of the basket (1). 3. Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the telescopic handle (5) is placed abutting the inner wall of one of the faces of the basket (1). 4. Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the face of the basket (1) on which the telescopic handle (5) is placed is provided with guide rails (8) along which run the sliders (9) by way of stops that are provided in the corresponding telescopic segments (7) of the handle (5) in its lower end, limiting the vertical displacement of the first portion of said telescopic segments (7) and preventing possible swivelling or lateral movements or these segments. 5. Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that one either side of the rail (8) is a protecting longitudinal protrusion (10) to prevent the obstruction of said rail (8) and impacts or interference with the sliders (9) acting as stops. 6. Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the telescopic handle (5) is placed inside one of the faces of the basket (1). 7. Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 2 characterised in that the telescopic handle (5) is placed in one of the greater faces of the basket (1). 8. Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the telescopic handle (5), in its folded position, is fully integrated in the body of the basket (1), the grip (6) of said handle (5) being housed in the upper frame of the basket to facilitate stacking. 9. Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the carrier end of the grip (6) of the telescopic handle (5) can be folded. 10. Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the wheels (11) are placed in correspondence with the lower vertices of the face housing the telescopic handle (5) and in that the wheels are independent of each other. 11. Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the basket (1) is provided on its base with a peripheral rib (13) with two of its vertices having a widening that gives rise to corresponding legs or supports (14) that stabilise the basket (1) when it is placed vertically on the floor. 12. Improved nestable basket of the type used in self-service shops or supermarkets, the basket comprising: a generally prism-shaped single body made of a strong material, the body having a plurality of faces and a base; a plurality of incuts in one of the plurality of faces; a telescoping handle associated with a first face of the plurality of faces, the telescoping handle provided on an upper part of the body; a plurality of wheels placed on the base in a position proximal to the first face of the plurality of faces, a plurality of openings in the base, each of the plurality of openings being proximal to a respective corner formed by two faces and being sized to have at least one dimension approximate to a diameter of one of the wheels; wherein when a portion of a second improved nestable basket is nested in the body a plurality of wheels from the second basket are arranged in the body so that dirt from one wheel of the plurality of wheels of the second basket pass through at least one opening of the plurality of openings; wherein the body comprises a shape to permit the second basket to be received in at least two positions for easy storage, the first position being that the respective first faces are disposed proximal to each other and the second position being that the respective first faces are opposite each other. 13. Improved nestable basket (1) as claimed in claim 12, characterised in that at least each of the lower vertices of the basket (1) where the latter is provided with the aforementioned vertical walls or turrets (15) has a small through orifice (16), in which case these orifices (16) will be framed by the cubicle formed by said walls (15) and the walls of the basket (1). 14. A nesting basket comprising: a floor and a plurality of faces arranged in a prismatic shape, the faces being spaced apart and adapted for holding consumer goods sold in supermarkets and the like; a plurality of incuts in one of the faces; an upper and a lower edge in one of the faces, a handle integrated in the upper edge and a wheel associated with the lower edge; wherein the handle is a telescopic handle adapted to permit a user to transport the basket in a simple and comfortable manner, the handle being associated with a first face; a plurality of openings in the floor, each of the plurality of openings being proximal to a respective corner formed by two faces and being sized to have at least one dimension approximate to a diameter of one of the wheels; wherein when a portion of a second improved nestable basket is nested in the body a plurality of wheels from the second basket are arranged in the body so that dirt from one wheel of the plurality of wheels of the second basket pass through at least one opening of the plurality of openings; wherein the body comprises a shape to permit the second basket to be received in at least two positions for easy storage, the first position being that the respective first faces are disposed proximal to each other and the second position being that the respective first faces are opposite each other. 15. A shopping basket comprising: a body having an inner space defined by a base and a plurality of flared upright walls for receiving consumer goods via an open top, the plurality of walls generally defining a top edge, a first wall of the plurality of walls comprising a plurality of orifices; a pair of wheels mounted to an exterior surface of the base proximal to a second wall of the plurality of walls; a telescoping handle for use by differently sized shoppers to roll the basket on the wheels, the telescoping handle associated with the second wall of the plurality and comprising a grip, the grip stored in a first notch of the top edge; a hinged handle for carrying the basket, the hinged handle stored in a second notch in the top edge away; wherein when the hinged handle and the grip are stored, the present basket is nestable in an inner space of a first like shopping basket and a second like shopping basket is nestable in the inner space of the basket regardless whether the second wall is aligned with a respective second wall of one of the first and second like shopping basket for permitting the shoppers to stack the present basket without a concern of orienting the present basket properly with any other like shopping basket; wherein the base comprises a first and a second passage disposed respectively above the wheel, the first and second passages comprising substantially a size in one direction of a diameter of one wheel of the pair of wheels, the first and second passage for passing dirt of a pair of wheels of the second shopping basket through the present basket when the second wall of the present basket and the second wall of the second like shopping basket are adjacent. 16. The shopping basket of claim 15, wherein the base comprises a third and fourth passage, the third and fourth passages comprising substantially a size in one direction of a diameter of one wheel of the pair of wheels, the third and fourth passage for passing dirt of a pair of wheels of the second shopping basket through the present basket when the second wall of the present basket and the second wall of the second like shopping basket are adjacent. 17.
