The assembly defined in claim 1, wherein said cell module is comprised of a rechargeable cell structure. 3. The assembly defined in claim 1, wherein said power supply seat has an upper cover and a lower cover, said upper cover having an inner surface with an IC controller arranged thereon and having an external surface with a timer and socket thereof.
