The sprung surface handle recited in claim 1, further comprising a stop, in said handle-mounting plate, adapted to engage at least one of said side arms, to stop rotation of the handle, after it has rotated away from said base plate. 3. The sprung surface handle recited in claim 4, further comprising a stop, in said handle-mounting plate, adapted to engage at least one of said side arms, to stop rotation of the handle, after it has rotated away from said base plate. 6.
