A turbine blade with a squealer tip, the squealer tip being formed by a tip rail extending along the suction side wall of the blade from a point just passed the leading edge of the tip to the trailing edge of the blade, and the tip floor being slanted from the tip rail downward to the pressure side wall of the blade.
