We claim: 1. A computer enclosure comprising: a chassis with a fastener movably attached thereto, the fastener defining an opening and a slot in different planes, the opening comprising an end surface; and a hood comprising a tab corresponding to the opening, and a hook corresponding to the slot, the tab and the hook extending in directions corresponding to the opening and the slot respectively for inserting therein respectively, the tab comprising a chamfer, a distance between the hook and the chamfer being longer than a distance between the slot and the end surface of the opening, the hood mounted on the chassis in such a manner that the hood is placed to align the chamfer of the tab with the end surface of the opening, where the hook is not aligned with the slot of the fastener, the tab is inserted into the opening of the fastener with the end surface of the opening sliding along the chamfer to push the fastener moving to an aligned position where the hook is aligned with the slot of the fastener, and the hook is inserted into the slot to secure the hood to the chassis. 2. The computer enclosure as described in claim 1, wherein the hook comprises a first slope guided by an edge of the slot for engaging in the slot. 3. The computer enclosure as described in claim 1, wherein the hook comprises a second slope guided by an edge of the slot to disengage the hook from the slot, and the tab comprises a second chamfer guided by an edge of the opening to force the tab to escape from the opening. 4. The computer enclosure as described in claim 1, wherein one end of a spring is secured to the chassis, and the other end is secured to the fastener. 5. The computer enclosure as described in claim 1, wherein a plurality of clasps is formed on the chassis, and a plurality of cutouts is defined in the fastener for facilitating attaching the fastener to the clasps. 6. The computer enclosure as described in claim 1, wherein a protrusion is formed from one corner of the opening to divide the opening into a wide portion and a narrow portion. 7. The computer enclosure as described in claim 6, wherein the end surface is formed on the protrusion. 8. The computer enclosure as described in claim 1, wherein the chassis comprises a skirting panel for the fastener attached therebelow. 9. The computer enclosure as described in claim 8, wherein the skirting panel defines a plurality of holes for the tab and the hook extending through. 10. The computer enclosure as described in claim 1, wherein the fastener comprises a first piece extending in a first direction, a portion of the first piece is stamped perpendicularly to form a flange, the opening is defined in the first piece, the slot is defined in the flange, the tab extends in a second direction, the hook extends in a third direction, each one of the first, second, third directions is perpendicular to the other two directions, the tab of the hood is inserted in the opening of the fastener in the second direction to push the fastener moving in the first direction to the aligned position, and the hook is inserted into the slot in the third direction. 11. A computer enclosure comprising: a chassis comprising an unclosed side, a fastener movably attached on the chassis via a resilient member which locates the fastener in a first position when the resilient member is in its original status, the fastener defining an opening and a slot; and a hood adapted to enclose the unclosed side of the chassis, the hood comprising a tab and a hook, the hood mounted on the chassis in such a manner that the hood is placed to align the tab with the opening, where the hook is not aligned with the slot of the fastener, the tab is inserted into the opening and pushes the fastener moving to an aligned position where the hook is aligned with the slot of the fastener and the resilient member is in its tight status, and the hook is inserted into the slot to secure the hood to the chassis. 12. The computer enclosure as described in claim 11, wherein the fastener comprises a first piece extending in a first direction, a portion of the first piece is stamped perpendicularly to form a flange, the opening is defined in the first piece, the slot is defined in the flange, the tab extends in a second direction, the hook extends in a third direction, each one of the first, second, third directions is perpendicular to the other two directions, the tab of the hood is inserted in the opening of the fastener in the second direction to push the fastener moving in the first direction to the aligned position, and the hook is inserted into the slot in the third direction. 13. The computer enclosure as described in claim 11, wherein the resilient member is a spring with one end secured to the chassis and the other end is secured to the fastener. 14. The computer enclosure as described in claim 11, wherein the opening comprises an end surface, the tab comprises a chamfer, the end surface of the opening slides along the chamfer to push the fastener moving when the tab is inserted into the opening, and a distance between the hook and the chamfer is longer than a distance between the slot and the end surface of the opening. 15. A computer enclosure, comprising: a chassis comprising an unclosed side, a fastener movably attached on the chassis via a resilient member which locates the fastener in a first position when the resilient member is in its original length, the fastener comprising a first piece extending in a first direction, a portion of the first piece stamped perpendicularly to form a flange, an opening defined in the first piece, a slot defined in the flange; and a hood adapted to enclose the unclosed side of the chassis, the hood comprising a tab extending in a second direction and a hook extending in a third direction, each one of the first, second, third directions being perpendicular to the other two directions, the hood mounted on the chassis in such a manner that the tab is inserted in the opening of the fastener in the second direction when the fastener is kept in the first position, where the hook of the hood is not aligned with the slot of the fastener, the tab pushes the fastener to move away from the first position in the first direction to an aligned position where the hook of the hood is aligned with the slot of the fastener, and the hood is moved in the third direction to engage the hook into the slot. 16.
