A stroller has a frame structure with spaced apart sides and is collapsible from an in-use arrangement to a compact collapsed arrangement. The stroller has a seat supported by the frame structure and has a tray assembly with a front. The tray assembly is supported between the sides of the frame structure and is spaced from the seat when the frame structure is in the in-use arrangement. A foot is provided as part of the tray assembly. The foot is in an extended position projecting outward relative to the front of the tray assembly when the frame structure is in the collapsed arrangement. The foot is in a stored position when the frame structure is in the in-use arrangement.

What is claimed is: 1. A stroller comprising: a frame structure having spaced apart sides and being collapsible from an in-use arrangement to a compact collapsed arrangement; a seat supported by the frame structure; a tray assembly having a front, the tray assembly supported between the sides of the frame structure and spaced from the seat when the frame structure is in the in-use arrangement; and a foot that is in an extended position projecting outward from the front of the tray assembly when the frame structure is in the collapsed arrangement and that is in a stored position when the frame structure is in the in-use arrangement, wherein when the foot is in the extended position an end surface is exposed and is aligned with another part of the stroller permitting the stroller to rest in a standing orientation on the foot and the other part of the stroller when the frame structure is in the collapsed arrangement. 2. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the frame structure is collapsible vertically, horizontally, and side-to-side laterally. 3. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the tray assembly further comprises: a pair of mounting components, one being movably attached to each side of the frame structure, each of the pair of mounting components having a support arm; and a tray section providing a support surface for a passenger's use, the tray section being pivotally attached to each of the support arms. 4. A stroller according to claim 3, further comprising a pair of the feet, one foot being carried on an end of each of the support arms, wherein each foot is pivotable between the extended position and the stored position such that the pair of feet does not project outward relative to the front of the tray assembly in the stored position. 5. A stroller according to claim 3, wherein each of the pair of mounting components has a connector assembly, each support arm is pivotally attached to one of the connector assemblies, and each connector assembly is removably connected to the respective side of the frame. 6. A stroller according to claim 3, wherein the tray section has two cup-shaped bowls in the support surface, and each bowl has an underside with an exterior surface that is snapped into a round opening in a respective one of the support arms. 7. A stroller comprising: a frame structure having spaced apart sides and being collapsible from an in-use arrangement to a compact collapsed arrangement; a seat supported by the frame structure; a tray assembly having a front, the tray assembly supported between the sides of the frame structure and spaced from the seat when the frame structure is in the in-use arrangement; and a foot that is in an extended position projecting outward relative to the front of the tray assembly when the frame structure is in the collapsed arrangement and that is in a stored position when the frame structure is in the in-use arrangement, wherein the foot pivots from the stored position within a perimeter of the tray assembly to the extended position when the frame structure is moved from the in-use arrangement to the collapsed arrangement. 8. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the stroller has a pair of the feet. 9. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the frame structure includes a pair of front legs each terminating at a front wheel assembly, and wherein the stroller can stand up on the foot and the front wheel assemblies when in the collapsed arrangement. 10. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the end surface of the foot is at least partially hidden within the tray assembly when in the stored position. 11. A stroller collapsible in three dimensions, the stroller comprising: a frame structure having a pair of laterally spaced apart frame sides, the frame structure movable between an in-use configuration and a compact configuration, each of a compact length, height, and width of the frame structure in the compact configuration being smaller than an in-use length, height, and width of the frame structure in the in-use configuration; a tray assembly supported between the frame sides and spaced from the seat when the frame is in the in-use configuration; and a pair of feet each having an end surface that is exposed and projects outward relative to a front of the tray assembly when the stroller is in the compact configuration, each end surface being at least partially hidden by the tray assembly when the stroller is in the in-use configuration, wherein the pair of feet combine to form a stable base with one or more other parts of the stroller to support the stroller in a standing orientation when the frame structure is in the compact configuration. 12. A stroller according to claim 11, wherein each of the pair of feet projects from beneath the tray assembly and forward relative to a front wall of the tray assembly when the frame structure is in the compact configuration. 13. A stroller according to claim 11, wherein each of the pair of feet is hidden beneath the tray assembly when the frame structure is in the in-use configuration. 14. A stroller according to claim 11, wherein each frame side has a front leg that terminates at a front wheel assembly, and wherein the one or more other parts of the stroller include the front wheel assemblies. 15. A stroller comprising: a frame structure with laterally spaced apart frame sides, the frame structure being three-dimensionally collapsible between an in-use configuration and a compact collapsed configuration wherein the frame sides are closer to one another when the frame structure is in the collapsed configuration than when in the in-use configuration; a seat supported by the frame structure; a front leg on each of the frame sides, each front leg having a lower end terminating at a front wheel assembly; a tray assembly having a front, the tray assembly being supported between the frame sides and spaced from the seat when the frame is in the in-use configuration; and a pair of feet that are positioned beneath the tray assembly when the frame structure is in the in-use configuration and that project outward from the front of the tray assembly when the frame structure is in the compact configuration, the pair of feet and the front wheel assemblies positioned relative to one another so that the stroller can stand upright on the pair of feet and on portions of the front wheel assemblies when the frame structure is in the collapsed configuration. 16. A stroller according to claim 15, wherein the feet pivotally move between the position beneath the tray assembly to the position projecting outward from the tray assembly when the frame structure is moved, respectively, between the in-use configuration and the compact configuration. 17. A stroller according to claim 15, wherein the tray assembly is attached to the frame sides by a pair of mounting components, each having a support arm pivotally attached to an underside of the tray assembly. 18. A stroller according to claim 17, wherein an end surface of each support arm is hidden beneath the tray assembly when the frame structure is in the in-use configuration, and wherein the end surfaces of the support arms are exposed and form respective parts of the pair of feet when the frame structure is in the compact configuration. 19. A stroller according to claim 15, wherein the tray assembly is removably attached to the frame sides by a pair of mounting components. 20. A stroller according to claim 19, wherein the tray assembly has a pair of cup-shaped bowls forming storage receptacles in a support surface of the tray assembly, wherein each of the pair of mounting components is pivotally all ached to an exterior surface of a respective one of the pair of cup-shaped bowls beneath the tray assembly, and wherein a part of each of the mounting components forms a respective one of the pair of feet. 21. A stroller according to claim 1, wherein the other part of the stroller comprises a wheel of the stroller.
