초록

The present invention relates to a low-lactose, partially hydrolyzed infant formula. The carbohydrate component of the infant formula comprises between 0% and 60% lactose and the protein component of the infant formula comprises partially hydrolyzed whey protein and casein, the protein component having a particular molecular weight.

An infant formula comprising: a carbohydrate component which is comprised of between about 0% and 60% lactose, based on the total weight of the carbohydrates present in the infant formula; and a protein component which is comprised of partially hydrolyzed whey protein and casein, wherein the ratio of whey protein to casein is between about 50:50 and 70:30 and wherein the protein hydrolysate has the peptides spread over the following range of molecular weight distribution as a function of their molar mass: Molar Mass ...
