The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 14, wherein the first internal corrugation fin has a lower heat transfer coefficient than the second internal corrugation fin. 16. The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 14, wherein the first internal corrugation fin has a lower fin density than the second internal corrugation fin. 17. The heat exchanger as claimed in claim 14, wherein the at least one first flow passage has an increased wall thickness in the inlet region. 18.
