A rivet fixing device includes a catch tab retainer tube engageable with a transmission spindle of an electrically-operated, pneumatic or battery-powered electric drill or screwdriver, an inner guide sleeve, a driver, pawls, a rivet breaker, and an outer guide sleeve.
