The container has an open side and defines a reservoir that is adapted for receiving urine. The container also includes a surface disposed at a top of the container adapted to face and generally surround a periphery of the vulval region. The voiding apparatus also includes a conduit in fluid communication with the reservoir of the container and adapted for draining urine from the reservoir.

An extra-labial urine voiding kit comprising: an extra-labia urine voiding apparatus including: a container adapted to cover a vulval region of a female anatomy, the container including a top and a bottom, a font side and a back side, and interior and exterior surfaces, the container defining a reservoir adapted for receiving urine through an opening at the top of the container; a blocking mechanism including a wall connected to the container and facing the reservoir, the wall is generally disposed proximate the opening at the top of the container about a perimeter of the reservoir and extends a distance inward from the perimeter of the reservoir, wherein the wall includes a blocking surface thereon, in which the blocking surface provides a front that counters urine voided from a user's body from escaping through the opening at the top of the container and contacting the user; and a conduit in fluid communication with the reservoir of the container disposed at the bottom of the container, the conduit including interior and exterior surfaces and is configured to guide urine generally downwardly and forwardly toward a lower opening of the conduit for draining urine from the reservoir of the container, the opening in the top of the container having a front region at the front side and a back region at the back side, the interior surfaces of the container and conduit including: a generally linear path beginning at the top of the container at the back region of the opening of the container and ending at the lower opening of the conduit, and the interior surfaces of the container including: a front surface at the front region and extending generally downwardly toward the conduit, the front surface defines a front surface axis that intersects the generally linear path between ends of the conduit and below the reservoir of the container; a piece of absorbent material adapted for wiping the vulval region; and a packaging structure that contains the urine voiding apparatus and the piece of absorbent material. 2. The urine voiding kit of claim 1 further comprising a bag contained within the packaging structure, the bag being adapted for containing the urine voiding apparatus and piece of absorbent material after usage. 3. The urine voiding kit of claim 2 wherein the bag comprises a zip-lock mechanism for substantially sealing the bag. 4. The urine voiding kit of claim 2 further comprising a twist tie for holding the bag in a closed configuration. 5. The urine voiding kit of claim 1, wherein the packaging structure is sealable and resealable. 6. The urine voiding kit of claim 1 further comprising a plurality of containers and a plurality of pieces of absorbent material. 7. The urine voiding kit of claim 6 further comprising a plurality of package structures for containing individual urine voiding apparatus and a packaging superstructure for containing the plurality of package structures. 8. The urine voiding kit of claim 1 further wherein the piece of absorbent material comprises an antibacterial towelette. 9. An extra-labia urine voiding apparatus comprising: a container including a top and a bottom, a front side and a back side, and interior and exterior surfaces, the top being sized and shaped to externally cover a vulval region of a female anatomy, the container defining a reservoir between the top and the bottom, the top having an opening adapted for receiving urine into the reservoir; a blocking mechanism including a wall connected to the container and facing the reservoir, the wall is generally disposed proximate the opening at the top of the container about a perimeter of the reservoir and extends a distance inward from the perimeter of the reservoir, wherein the wall includes a blocking surface thereon, in which the blocking surface provides a front that counters urine voided from a user's body from escaping through the opening at the top of the container and contacting the user; and a conduit in fluid communication with the reservoir of the container disposed at the bottom of the container, the conduit including interior and exterior surfaces and is configured to guide urine generally downwardly and forwardly toward a lower opening of the conduit for draining urine from the reservoir of the container, the opening in the top of the container having a front region at the front side and a back region at the back side, the interior surfaces of the container and conduit including: a generally linear path beginning at the top of the container and at the back region of the opening of the container and ending at the lower opening of the conduit, and the interior surfaces of the container including: a front surface at the front region and extending generally downwardly toward the conduit, the front surface defines a front surface axis that intersects the generally linear path between ends of the conduit and below the reservoir of the container. 10. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 9, further comprising a substantially planar surface disposed at the top of the container and that surrounds a perimeter of the open side at the top of the container, the planar surface being constructed and arranged to face and generally surround a periphery of the vulval region. 11. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 10, wherein the planar surface defines a width having a contact area that may be pressed toward the vulval region to form a generally fluid tight seal between the planar surface and external tissue generally surrounding the vulval region. 12. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 10, further comprising a pressure sensitive adhesive affixed to the planar surface for providing a primary adhesive seal between the container and external tissue generally surrounding the vulval region. 13. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 9, wherein the container and conduit are formed from an opaque material so that a user cannot see flow of urine through the container and conduit. 14. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 9, wherein the container and conduit are formed from a resilient substance such that the container and conduit may be rearranged into a compressed configuration for storage without substantial permanent deformation of the apparatus. 15. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 14 wherein the apparatus may be folded from an original shape into the compressed configuration and maintained in the compressed configuration with a restraint, the apparatus substantially returning to the original shape when the restraint is removed. 16. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 15 wherein the restraint comprises a piece of paper wrapped around the folded apparatus and adhered to itself to restrain the apparatus in the compressed configuration. 17. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 15 wherein the restraint comprises a container configured to receive and store the apparatus. 18. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 14 wherein the resilient substance comprises silicone rubber. 19. The extra-labia urine voiding apparatus of claim 9 wherein the extra-labia voiding apparatus being generally symmetric about a plane that passes through an axis of the generally linear path. 20. The extra-labia urine voiding apparatus of claim 9 wherein the front surface of the container being generally symmetrical around a plane that intersects the front surface axis, the front surface axis defining an angle with the generally linear path of between 45 and 55 degrees. 21. The extra-labia urine voiding apparatus of claim 9 wherein the front surface axis and the generally linear path define an angle of approximately 50 degrees. 22. The extra-labia urine voiding apparatus of claim 9 wherein the generally linear path is approximately six to seven inches in length. 23. The extra-labia urine voiding apparatus of claim 9 wherein the front surface of the container is symmetrical around a curved segment having a radius of at least 3 inches and the front surface axis is tangent to a central portion of the curved segment. 24. The extra-labia urine voiding apparatus of claim 9 wherein the interior surfaces of the conduit further comprise a conduit front surface, the conduit front surface extending from the bottom of the container generally downwardly toward the lower opening of the conduit. 25. The extra-labia urine voiding apparatus of claim 24 wherein the conduit front surface is generally symmetric around a plane that intersects a conduit surface axis, the conduit surface axis defining an angle with the front surface of the container of about 22 degrees. 26. The extra-labia urine voiding apparatus of claim 25 wherein the conduit front surface extends along a length of approximately 2 to 3 inches and the front surface of the container extends along a length of approximately 2 to 3 inches and the generally linear path extends along a length of approximately 5½ to 7½ inches. 27. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 24, wherein the conduit front surface converges toward the generally linear path. 28. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 24, wherein the conduit front surface defines a conduit axis, where in a direction facing the lower opening of the conduit, the conduit axis and the front surface axis define an angle, and in a direction facing the opening at the top of the container, the generally linear path and the front surface axis define another angle, the angle defined by the conduit axis and the front surface axis is less than the angle defined by the generally linear path and the front surface axis. 29. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 9, wherein the top is shaped concavedly toward the reservoir, and a width of the apparatus at the superior end is less than a width of the apparatus at the inferior end. 30. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 9, wherein the wall extending a distance inward from the perimeter of the reservoir includes a width that is substantially greater than a thickness of peripheral walls of the container. 31. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 9, wherein the wall extends inwardly such that the wall includes an extended dimension that is substantially greater than its thickness dimension, wherein a flexibility of the apparatus can be maintained. 32. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 9, wherein the apparatus is flexible. 33. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 9, wherein the apparatus is disposable after use. 34. An extra-labia urine voiding apparatus comprising: a container including a top and a bottom, the top being sized and shaped to externally cover a vulval region of a female anatomy, the container defining a reservoir between the top and the bottom, the top having an opening adapted for receiving urine into the reservoir; a blocking mechanism including a wall connected to the container and facing the reservoir, the wall is generally disposed proximate the opening at the top of the container about a perimeter of the reservoir and extends a distance inward from the perimeter of the reservoir, wherein the wall includes a blocking surface thereon, in which the blocking surface provides a front that counters urine voided from a user's body from escaping through the opening at the top of the container and contacting the user; and a conduit in fluid communication with the reservoir of the container disposed at the bottom of the container, the conduit is configured to guide urine generally downwardly and forwardly toward a lower opening of the conduit for draining urine from the reservoir of the container. 35. The urine voiding apparatus of claim 34, wherein the lower opening of the *conduit includes a slit.
