What is claimed is: 1. An electronic apparatus comprising: a housing; a wiring board provided in the housing; a heat-generating component mounted on the wiring board; a heat receiving component held on the wiring board and thermally coupled to the heat-generating component; a heat radiating component to radiate heat generated by the heat-generating component at a position remote from the heat receiving portion, the heat radiating component including a first support member and a second support member; a heat-transferring component to transfer the heat generated by the heat-generating component, from the heat receiving component to the heat radiating component; and a fan to apply cooling air to the heat radiating component, the fan being fixed to the first support member and the second support member so as to be held in a way that an outlet port of the fan faces the heat radiating component. 2. The electronic apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fan and the heat radiating component are detachably fixed to the first and second support members, and held at respective positions with respect to the first and second support members. 3. The electronic apparatus of claim 2, wherein the heat receiving component, the heat radiating component, the heat-transferring component and the first and second support members are assembled together, forming one module, and the module is secured to the wiring board, with the heat receiving component held on the wiring board. 4. A cooling device for cooling a heat-generating component, comprising: a heat radiating portion to radiate heat generated by the heat-generating component the heat radiating portion includes a first and second support members; a heat-transferring component to transfer the heat generated by the heat-generating component to the heat radiating portion; and a fan to apply cooling air to the heat radiating portion; the fan being fixed to the first and second support members of the heat radiating portion so that the fan is held in a way that an outlet port of the fan faces the heat radiating portion. 5. The cooling device of claim 4 further comprising a heat receiving portion that is thermally coupled to the heat-generating component and coupled to the heat radiating portion via the heat-transferring component. 6. The cooling device of claim 5, wherein the fan and the heat radiating portion are held at respective positions with respect to the first and second support members. 7. The cooling device of claim 4, wherein the fan and the heat radiating portion are detachably fixed to the first and second support members. 8. The cooling device of claim 5, wherein the heat receiving portion, the heat radiating portion, the heat-transferring component and the first and second support members are assembled together, forming one module, and the module is secured to a wiring board, with the heat receiving portion attached to the wiring board. 9. The cooling device of claim 4, wherein the heat radiating portion includes a plurality of heat-exchanging plates arranged at intervals, a first end part located at one end of a row of the heat-exchanging plates, and a second end part located at other end of the row of the heat-exchanging plates, the first support member being formed at the first end part of the heat radiating portion, the second support member being formed at the second end part of the heat radiating portion. 10. An electronic apparatus comprising: a housing; a wiring board provided in the housing; a heat-generating component mounted on the wiring board; a heat receiving component held on the wiring board and thermally coupled to the heat-generating component; a heat radiating component to radiate heat generated by the heat-generating component, at a position remote from the heat receiving portion; a heat-transferring component to transfer the heat generated by the heat-generating component, from the heat receiving component to the heat radiating component; and a fan to apply cooling air to the heat radiating component, wherein the heat radiating component includes a support member projecting toward the fan, the support member including a first and second holding parts, and wherein the fan is held by the first and second holding parts so that an outlet port of the fan faces the heat radiating component. 11. The electronic apparatus of claim 10, wherein the fan and the heat radiating component are detachably fixed to the support member, and held at respective positions with respect to the support member. 12. The electronic apparatus of claim 11, wherein the heat receiving component, the heat radiating component, the heat-transferring component and the support member are assembled together, forming one module, and the module is secured to the wiring board, with the heat receiving component held on the wiring board. 13. A cooling device for cooling a heat-generating component, comprising: a heat radiating portion to radiate heat generated by the heat-generating component; a heat-transferring component to transfer the heat generated by the heat-generating component to the heat radiating portion; and a fan to apply cooling air to the heat radiating portion, wherein the heat radiating portion includes a support member projecting toward the fan, the support member includes a first and second holding parts, and wherein the fan is held by the first and second holding parts so that an outlet port of the fan faces the heat radiating portion. 14. The cooling device of claim 13 further comprising a heat receiving portion that is thermally coupled to the heat-generating component and coupled to the heat radiating portion via the heat-transferring component. 15. The cooling device of claim 14, wherein the fan and the heat radiating portion are held at respective positions with respect to the support member. 16. The cooling device of claim 13, wherein the fan and the heat radiating portion are detachably fixed to the support member. 17. The cooling device of claim 14, wherein the heat receiving portion, the heat radiating portion, the heat-transferring component and the support member are assembled together, forming one module, and the module is secured to a wiring board, with the heat receiving portion attached to the wiring board. 18. The cooling device of claim 13, wherein the first holding part is formed at a distal end of the support member and the second holding part is formed between the heat radiating portion and the first holding part. 19. The cooling device of claim 13, wherein the support member extending horizontally from the heat radiating portion and the first and second holding parts extending vertically from the support member. 20. The cooling device of claim 19, wherein the second holding part includes a standing strip extending vertically from the support member and a holding strip extending horizontally from an upper end of the standing strip.
