A pressable body comprising: a flexural strength of at least 125 MPa; is flowable at 860° C. to about 950° C.; at least 90 wt % of a glass matrix phase having a composition comprising Li2O and MgO and having a maturing temperature greater than 850° C.; and a reinforcing filler, the reinforcing filler comprising a crystalline or glass-ceramic material. 2. The body of claim 1, wherein the glass matrix composition further comprises Y2O3. 3. The body of claim 1, wherein the glass matrix composition further comprises Al2O3. 4. The body of claim 2, wherein the glass matrix composition comprises about 0.50-about 2.00 wt. % Li2O, about 0.50-about 3.00 wt. % MgO, and about 0.15-about 1.00 wt. % Y2O3. 5. The body of claim 4, wherein the composition further comprises about 5-about 20 wt. % Al2O3. 6. The body of claim 1, exhibiting a coefficient of thermal expansion from about 9 to about 10×10−6/° C. from room temperature to 500° C. 7. The body of claim 1, comprising from about 1 to about 10 wt. % reinforcing filler. 8. The body of claim 7, where filler comprises at least one of: ceramic or glass-ceramic particles, whiskers and fibers. 9. The body of claim 8, wherein the filler comprises alumina. 10. The body of claim 1, wherein the body is pressable by conventional heat pressing or low pressure injection molding techniques. 11. The body of claim 1, wherein the body is pressable when placed under an applied pressure of less than about 1.0 MPa. 12. The body of claim 11, wherein the body is pressable when placed under an applied pressure of less than about 0.7 MPa. 13. The body of claim 1, wherein the body is pressable when placed under an applied pressure of about 0.2-about 0.7 MPa. 14. The body of claim 7, wherein the reinforcing filler has a coefficient of thermal expansion that differs from the coefficient of thermal expansion of the glass matrix phase by at least about 1.5×10−6/° C. from room temperature to 500° C. 15. The body of claim 7, wherein the pressable body is formed from particles thereof and sintered to near full density, and the reinforcing filler comprises a particle size, the particle size of the reinforcing filler is at least 6 times smaller than the particle size of the particles forming the body. 16. The body of claim 1, wherein the body is substantially boron-free. 17. The body of claim 1, wherein the body is substantially zinc-free. 18. The body of claim 1, further comprising one or more of: inorganic pigments, opacifying agents, fluorescent agents and opalescent agents. 19. A dental article comprising: a first member formed from a ceramic; and an overlay attached to the first member, the overlay formed from a material comprising: a flexural strength of at least 125 MPa; is flowable at 860° C. to about 950° C.; and comprising at least a glass matrix phase having a composition comprising Li2O and MgO and having a maturing temperature greater than 850° C. 20. The dental article of claim 19, wherein the first member comprises yttria stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline material. 21. The dental article of claim 19, wherein the first member comprises a crystalline oxide ceramic. 22. The dental article of claim 19, wherein the first member comprises alumina or an alumina-zirconia composite. 23. The dental article of claim 19, wherein the overlay is directly bonded to the first member by pressing. 24. The dental article of claim 19, wherein the body is pressable when placed under an applied pressure of less than about 1.0 MPa. 25. The body of claim 24, wherein the body is pressable when placed under an applied pressure of less than about 0.7 MPa. 26. The body of claim 19, wherein the body is pressable when placed under an applied pressure of about 0.2-about 0.7 MPa. 27. The dental article of claim 19, wherein the dental article comprises a dental prosthesis comprising at least one of: a veneer, inlay, onlay, crown, partial crown, bridge, fixed partial denture, Maryland bridge, implant abutment or whole implant. 28. The dental article of claim 19, wherein the article comprises 360° or buccal/labial margins formed by the overlay. 29. The dental article of claim 28, further comprising occlusal and mesio-distal surfaces formed by the overlay. 30. The dental article of claim 19, wherein the glass matrix composition further comprises Y2O3. 31. The dental article of claim 19, wherein the glass matrix composition further comprises Al2O3. 32. The dental article of claim 30, wherein the glass matrix composition comprises about 0.5-about 2.0 wt. % Li2O, about 0.5-about 3.0 wt. % MgO, and about 0.15-about 1.0 wt. % Y2O3. 33. The dental article of claim 19, wherein the overlay has a coefficient of thermal expansion of about 9-10×10−6/° C. from about room temperature to about 500° C. 34. The dental article of claim 30, wherein the overlay further comprises reinforcing filler, the reinforcing filler comprising a crystalline or glass-ceramic material. 35. The dental article of claim 34, where the filler comprises at least one of: alumina, crystalline and amorphous forms of silica, and leucite-free glass-ceramics. 36. The dental article of claim 34, comprising about 1 to about 10 wt. % of the reinforcing filler. 37. The dental article of claim 34, wherein the reinforcing filler has a coefficient of thermal expansion that differs from the coefficient of thermal expansion of the glass matrix phase by at least about 1.5×10−6/° C. from about room temperature to about 500° C. 38. The dental article of claim 34, wherein the overlay is formed by pressing particles thereof and the reinforcing filler comprises a particle size, the particle size of the reinforcing filler is at least 6 times smaller than the particle size of the particles forming the body. 39. The dental article of claim 30, wherein the overlay is substantially boron-free. 40. The dental article of claim 30, the overlay further comprising one or more of: about 0-7 wt. % K2O, about 0-15 wt. % Na2O, about 0-3% CaO, about 0-3% BaO, about 0-3% SrO, about 0-3% CeO2, and about 0-3% Tb4O7. 41. The dental article of claim 30, wherein the pressable body further comprises about 0.01 wt. % to about 1.00 wt. % coloring agent.
