A floor silencer used with a first surface side in contact with a floor carpet and a second surface side in contact with a floor panel of a vehicle, wherein said floor silencer includes a band-like concave portion provided in a thickness direction, wherein said floor silencer is foldable along said band-like concave portion, and wherein a thickness of said floor silencer at said band-like concave portion is configured to be smaller than a thickness of said floor silencer at a position adjacent to said band-like concave portion. 2. The floor silencer according to claim 1, wherein said floor silencer is transported in a flat state without folding during transport, and is used folded along said band-like concave portion during assembly. 3. The floor silencer according to claim 1, wherein a ratio (W/d) of a width (W) of said band-like concave portion and a depth (d) of said band-like concave portion is 0.5 to 2.0, and a ratio (t/T) of a thickness (t) of said floor silencer at said band-like concave portion and a thickness (T) of said floor silencer at a position adjacent to said band-like concave portion is 0.1 to 0.5. 4. The floor silencer according to claim 3, wherein a ratio (Lo/La) of a total dimension (Lo) in a length direction of said band-like concave portion of said plurality of openings and a length (La) of said band-like concave portion is 0.4 to 0.8. 5. The floor silencer according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of openings is provided in said band-like concave portion at a predetermined interval. 6. The floor silencer according to claim 5, wherein a ratio (W/d) of a width (W) of said band-like concave portion and a depth (d) of said band-like concave portion is 0.5 to 2.0, and a ratio (t/T) of a thickness (t) of said floor silencer at said band-like concave portion and a thickness (T) of said floor silencer at a position adjacent to said band-like concave portion is 0.1 to 0.5. 7. The floor silencer according to claim 6, wherein a ratio (Lo/La) of a total dimension (Lo) in a length direction of said band-like concave portion of said plurality of openings and a length (La) of said band-like concave portion is 0.4 to 0.8. 8. The floor silencer according to claim 5, wherein a compressed portion in the thickness direction at said band-like concave portion is distributed more toward a side that will extend after folding. 9. The floor silencer according to claim 8, wherein said compressed portion is formed such that said compressed portion, when folded, is pressed from only the first surface side subject to compression. 10. The floor silencer according to claim 9, wherein a ratio (W/d) of a width (W) of said band-like concave portion and a depth (d) of said band-like concave portion is 0.5 to 2.0, and a ratio (t/T) of a thickness (t) of said floor silencer at said band-like concave portion and a thickness (T) of said floor silencer at a position adjacent to said band-like concave portion is 0.1 to 0.5. 11. The floor silencer according to claim 10, wherein a ratio (Lo/La) of a total dimension (Lo) in a length direction of said band-like concave portion of said plurality of openings and a length (La) of said band-like concave portion is 0.4 to 0.8. 12.
