The form modifying portion can modify an orientation of the input portion depending on a position of the output portion. This can maintain the input portion vertical or horizontal, for example. The form modifying portion also can modify a ratio of an amount of operation of the input portion to an amount of change in the output result based upon the position of the output portion.

What is claimed is: 1. A driving operation device that executes a driving operation of a vehicle by a driver comprising: an input portion which inputs an amount of operation by the driver; an output portion to which the amount of operation is transmitted; and a form modifying portion which modifies an orientation of the input portion based on an output of the output portion corresponding to the amount of operation, wherein the form modifying portion comprises a first rod-shaped member and a second rod-shaped member having different lengths, each of the first and second rod-shaped members is coupled with the input portion and the output portion, and the first rod-shaped member is a main link and the second rod-shaped member is a control link, the first rod-shaped member and the second rod-shaped member forming a link mechanism. 2. The driving operation device according to claim 1, wherein: the input portion is a holding portion of the driving operation device; the output portion is a part of the driving operation device that produces an output and is rotatable about a first axis located at a center of the output portion, and is coupled with the first rod-shaped member; and the input portion is tiltable about a second axis located in an area where the input portion and the form modifying portion are coupled to each other, and the form modifying portion is tiltable about the first axis. 3. The driving operation device according to claim 2, wherein: the input portion includes a peripheral portion of the holding portion which is substantially cylindrical-shaped, the peripheral portion being rotatable about a third axis located at a center of the holding portion. 4. The driving operation device according to claim 2, wherein: the output portion includes a detector to detect a rotation angle of the output portion; and the output is an amount of displacement of the output portion corresponding to the rotation angle. 5. The driving operation device according to claim 2, wherein: the form modifying portion modifies a tilting direction of the input portion to a suppression direction or a promotion direction according to the output of the output portion. 6. The driving operation device according to claim 5, wherein: the promotion direction is a direction in which the input portion is maintained substantially vertical. 7. The driving operation device according to claim 1, wherein: a first end of the control link is coupled with a first shaft portion located in a lower portion of the input portion, and a second end of the control link is coupled with a third shaft portion located above the output portion; and a first end of the main link is coupled with a second shaft portion located in the lower portion of the input portion below the first shaft portion, and a second end of the main link is coupled with the output portion. 8. The driving operation device according to claim 7, wherein: the first and second ends of the control link are bent at substantially right angles and in a same direction relative to an elongated, central portion of the control link. 9. The driving operation device according to claim 1, wherein: the form modifying portion modifies an angle of the input portion relative to the form modifying portion. 10. The driving operation device according to claim 1, wherein: the output result is determined on the basis of a position of the output portion. 11. A driving operation device that executes a driving operation of a vehicle by a driver comprising: an input portion by which the driver inputs an amount of operation; an output portion which outputs an output value which is determined in accordance with the amount of operation; and a form modifying portion which modifies a manner of the input portion in which the driver operates in accordance with the output value of the output portion, wherein the form modifying portion modifies an orientation of the input portion in accordance with the output value of the output portion, and the form modifying portion includes at least first and second links which connect the input portion and the output portion, the input portion being pivotable about the output portion via the first link, and the output value is determined in accordance with an amount by which the input portion pivots, the form modifying portion changes the orientation of the input portion to change a positional relationship between the input portion and the first link. 12. The driving operation device according to claim 11, wherein: the input portion includes a holding portion held by the driver, and the form modifying portion changes a neutral tilt angle of the holding portion with respect to the first link at the neutral position, an amount of change in the tilt angle being determined in accordance with the output value of the output portion. 13. The driving operation device according to claim 12, wherein: the form modifying portion changes the tilt angle of the holding portion with respect to the first link to keep the input portion upright irrespective of the amount by which the input portion pivots. 14. The driving operation device according to claim 11, wherein: the input portion, the first link and the output portion are directly-aligned when the input portion is located at a neutral position, and the form modifying portion changes an angle of the input portion with respect to the first link in accordance with the amount by which the input portion pivots. 15. The driving operation device according to claim 14, wherein: the form modifying portion changes the angle of the input portion with respect to the first link to be smaller as the amount by which the input portion pivots increases. 16. The driving operation device according to claim 14, wherein: the form modifying portion changes the angle of the input portion with respect to the first link to be greater as the amount by which the input portion pivots decreases.
