What is claimed is: 1. A cable management assembly, comprising: a) a riser including an interface portion having a front side and a back side, the interface portion defining a plurality of vertically aligned apertures, each aperture including a first circular portion and a second slot portion extending from the first circular portion, the first circular portion having a diameter greater than a diameter of the second slot portion; and b) a cable management device that secures to at least two of the vertically aligned apertures of the riser, the cable management device including: i) a plurality of aligned fingers, each finger having a curved radius-limiting body and a cable retainer positioned at an end of the curved radius-limiting body, the cable retainers extending in a direction transverse to a longitudinal dimension of the radius-limiting body; and ii) a connection arrangement located at an end of the device opposite the cable retainers, the connection arrangement including: 1) a plurality of attachments, each attachment having a primary diameter, each attachment being interconnected to the plurality of aligned fingers by a neck, the neck having a diameter smaller than the primary diameter of the attachment; and 2) a flexible tab; c) wherein the primary diameter of the attachments corresponds to the diameter of the first circular portion of the apertures, the primary diameter being inserted through the first circular portion during installation of the device to the riser, and wherein the smaller diameter of the neck corresponds to the diameter of the second slot portion to seat within the second slot portion; d) wherein the flexible tab assists in detachably securing the cable management device to the riser; e) wherein the cable management device is removable from the riser without the use of a tool, and without having to access the back side of the interface portion. 2. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the riser includes flanges oriented generally perpendicular in relation to the interface portion. 3. The assembly of claim 2, wherein the flanges define holes for mounting the riser to a telecommunications structure. 4. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the interface portion defines a plurality of columns of aligned apertures. 5. The assembly of claim 4, wherein the apertures are arranged in a repeated pattern such that the repeated pattern of apertures extends along a majority of the length of the interface portion and across a majority of the width of the interface portion. 6. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the second slot portion extends diagonally from the first circular portion. 7. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the attachments are rotated within two selected apertures during installation. 8. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the riser has a height that corresponds to a telecommunications rack, the plurality of vertically aligned apertures extending a majority of the height of the riser. 9. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the riser has a width of between 2 and 18 inches. 10. The assembly of claim 9, wherein the riser has a width of between 5 and 12 inches. 11. The assembly of claim 1, further including a plurality of cable management devices, one of the devices including the plurality of aligned fingers, another of the devices including a spool.
