The transaction product of claim 1, wherein the account identifier is at least partially machine readable and includes one or more of a bar code, a magnetic strip, a smart chip or a radio frequency identification (RFID) device. 3. The transaction product of claim 1, wherein the tray includes one or more indentations each configured to receive a corresponding one of the one or more articles. 4. The transaction product of claim 3, wherein each of the one or more indentations defines a cross-sectional shape similar to at least a portion of a cross-sectional shape of the corresponding one of the one or more articles. 5. The transaction product of claim 1, wherein each of the one or more articles is a crayon. 6. The transaction product of claim 1, wherein the housing comprises a first housing member and a second housing member configured to be selectively coupled with one another to selectively close the housing and configured to be selectively separated from one another to selectively open the housing, wherein the one or more articles and the tray are maintained between the first housing member and the second housing member when the housing is closed. 7. The transaction product of claim 6, wherein the first housing member defines a chamber, the second housing member defines a cavity, and the chamber and the cavity are in direct communication with one another when the first housing member is coupled with the second housing member. 8. The transaction product of claim 7, wherein the tray is substantially entirely maintained within the chamber. 9. The transaction product of claim 8, wherein the tray defines at least one recess for receiving the one or more articles, and the at least one recess is open toward the cavity when the first housing member and the second housing member are coupled to one another such that, when the first housing member and the second housing member are uncoupled from one another, the one or more articles can be slid out of the chamber and the at least one recess while the tray remains in the chamber. 10. The transaction product of claim 6, wherein the account identifier is fixedly positioned on an outside surface of one of the first housing member and the second housing member, and the value is a monetary value available for application toward the purchase of goods and services. 11. The transaction product of claim 1, wherein the housing is one of substantially transparent and substantially translucent, and the one or more articles and the tray can be viewed through the housing. 12. The transaction product of claim 1, in combination with a backer selectively coupled with and configured to support the transaction product. 13. The transaction product of claim 1, wherein the value is a monetary value accessible using the account identifier for use toward the purchase of goods or services such that the transaction product is configured to be presented to facilitate payment from the account or record toward the purchase. 14. A transaction product comprising: a housing; a tray selectively maintained within and readily removable from the housing; one or more articles selectively maintained by the tray, wherein each of the one more articles are readily removable from the tray; and an account identifier associated with the housing and linking the transaction product to an account or record having a value configured to be used toward one or more of a purchase and a use of goods or services; wherein the tray includes one or more indentations each configured to receive a corresponding one of the one or more articles, the tray defines a primary surface and side walls extending therefrom, each of the one or more indentations is at least partially defined by the primary surface and at least one of the side walls, and the at least one of the side walls partially defines an outer perimeter of the tray. 15. The transaction product of claim 14, wherein the corresponding one of the one or more articles maintained within each of the one or more indentations is positioned to extend beyond the at least one of the side walls that at least partially defines each of the one or more indentations. 16. A combination comprising: a transaction product comprising: a housing, a tray selectively maintained within and readily removable from the housing, one or more articles selectively maintained by the tray, wherein each of the one more articles are readily removable from the tray, and an account identifier associated with the housing and linking the transaction product to an account or record having a value configured to be used toward one or more of a purchase and a use of goods or services; and a backer selectively coupled with and configured to support the transaction product; wherein the one or more articles include at least one writing utensil and the backer defines one or more surfaces configured to be decorated using the at least one writing utensil. 17. A transaction product comprising: a housing; a tray selectively maintained within and readily removable from the housing; one or more articles selectively maintained by the tray, wherein each of the one more articles are readily removable from the tray; and an account identifier associated with the housing and linking the transaction product to an account or record having a value configured to be used toward one or more of a purchase and a use of goods or services; wherein: the tray includes one or more indentations each configured to receive a corresponding one of the one or more articles, each of the one or more indentations is open to each of two adjacent sides of the tray, when the tray is at least partially maintained within the housing, the one or more articles are only removable from the tray via a first side of the two adjacent sides of the tray, and when the tray is removed from the housing, the one or more articles are removable from the tray via both the first side and a second side of the two adjacent sides of the tray. 18. A transaction product comprising: a housing including a first member, which defines a chamber with an opening to the chamber, and a second member removably coupled with the first member to selectively cover the opening, wherein the first member and the second member are configured to be repeatedly coupled and uncoupled from one another; a tray selectively maintained within and readily removable from the housing, the tray defining: a primary, substantially planar surface, side walls each extending from the primary, substantially planar surface with an orientation substantially perpendicular to the primary, substantially planar surface, and a plurality of indentations each open to the primary, substantially planar surface and a first one of the side walls; one or more crayons selectively maintained by the tray within the plurality of indentations, wherein: each of the one or more crayons extends from a corresponding one of the plurality of indentations beyond the first one of the side walls defined by the tray, and at least half of a cross-sectional shape of each of the plurality of crayons extends from the corresponding one of the plurality of indentations beyond the primary, substantially planar surface of the tray such that each of the one or more crayons is readily removable from the corresponding one of the plurality of indentations from either one of the primary, substantially planar surface and the first one of the side walls; and an account identifier associated with and securely affixed to the housing, wherein the account identifier links the transaction product to an account or record having a monetary value configured to be used toward one or more of a purchase and a use of goods or services. 19. The transaction product of claim 18, wherein the first one of the side walls is the only one of the side walls defining a portion of each of the plurality of indentations such that each of the plurality of crayons only extends beyond the first one of the side walls. 20. The transaction product of claim 18, wherein a substantial portion of a length of each of the plurality of crayons extends from the first one of the side walls toward an opposing one of the side walls of the tray, and wherein the side walls collectively define an outermost perimeter of the tray with each of the side walls defining a portion of the outermost perimeter. 21. A financial transaction assembly comprising: a housing including: a first member being one of transparent and translucent and including: a first major panel, a second major panel opposite the first major panel, and side walls collectively extending around and between all but one side of the first major panel and the second major panel, the side walls including two opposing side walls, wherein the first major panel is spaced from the second major panel a smaller distance than the two opposing side walls are spaced from one another, the first member defines a chamber between the first major panel and the second major panel, and an opening to the chamber is defined between the first major panel and the second major panel on the one side of the first major panel and the second major panel; a second member selectively couplable with the first, wherein the second member is configured to be repeatedly and entirely separated from and replaced over the opening to the chamber to open and close the opening to the chamber; an account identifier fixedly secured to an outside surface of the housing, the account identifier linking the housing to a financial account or record configured to be loaded with a monetary value available for future use toward a purchase of goods; a plurality of crayons; and a tray selectively maintained within, readily removable from, and readily replaceable to the chamber of the housing, wherein: the tray defines a primary surface, which extends substantially parallel to the first major surface of the first member, and tray side walls extending substantially perpendicular to the primary surface, the tray defines a plurality of indentations each having a cross-sectional shape similar to at least a portion of a cross-sectional shape of each of the plurality of crayons, each of the plurality of indentations being open to the primary surface and at least one of the tray side walls, each of the plurality of crayons fits within a corresponding one of the plurality of indentations such that each of the plurality of crayons extends from the corresponding one of the plurality of indentations beyond each of the primary surface and the at least one of the tray side walls such that each of the plurality of crayons is readily removable from and replaceable to the tray via either one of the primary surface and the at least one of the tray side walls, the tray is one of transparent and translucent, and the tray maintains the plurality of crayons in a position allowing the crayons to be viewed through the first member of the housing. 22. The financial transaction assembly of claim 21, wherein the second member of the housing defines a cavity, and when the second member is coupled with the first member, the cavity and the chamber are in communication with one another, and ends of each of the plurality of crayons extending beyond the one of the tray side walls and into the cavity.
