What is claimed is: 1. An O-acyl product comprising, all positions considered together: from 40% to 80% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and linoleic acid, from 10% to 20% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and oleic acid, from 5% to 20% by weight of at least one ester of glucose

What is claimed is: 1. An O-acyl product comprising, all positions considered together: from 40% to 80% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and linoleic acid, from 10% to 20% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and oleic acid, from 5% to 20% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and palmitic acid, and from 0.5% to 7% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and stearic acid, wherein ester refers to a mono and/or diester. 2. The product according to claim 1, wherein at least one of said at least one ester is a monoester. 3. The product according to claim 1, further comprising at least one ester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid and linolenic acid. 4. The product according to claim 3, wherein said at least one ester of glucose is a monoester of glucose. 5. The product according to claim 1, further comprising at least one diester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and linolenic acid. 6. The product according to claim 1, further comprising, all positions considered together: from 0 to 10% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid and linolenic acid, and from 0 to 10% by weight of at least one diester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and linolenic acid. 7. The product according to claim 6, wherein the product comprises from 60% to 75% by weight of the at least one ester of glucose and of linoleic acid. 8. The product according to claim 7, wherein the product comprises from 68% to 72% by weight of the at least one ester of glucose and of linoleic acid. 9. The product according to claim 6, wherein the product comprises from 12% to 17% by weight of the at least one ester of glucose and of oleic acid. 10. The product according to claim 9, wherein the product comprises from 14% to 15% by weight of the at least one ester of glucose and of oleic acid. 11. The product according to claim 6, wherein the product comprises from 7% to 15% by weight of at the least one ester of glucose and of palmitic acid. 12. The product according to claim 11, wherein the product comprises from 9% to 12% by weight of the at least one ester of glucose and of palmitic acid. 13. The product according to claim 6, wherein the product comprises from 1% to 5% by weight of the at least one ester of glucose and of stearic acid. 14. The product according to claim 13, wherein the product comprises from 2% to 4% by weight of the at least one ester of glucose and of stearic acid. 15. The product according to claim 6, wherein the product comprises from 0.10% to 4% by weight of at the least one ester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid and linolenic acid. 16. The product according to claim 15, wherein the product comprises from 0.15% to 2% by weight of the at least one ester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid and linolenic acid. 17. The product according to claim 6, wherein the product comprises from 0.10% to 4% by weight of the at least one diester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and linolenic acid. 18. The product according to claim 17, wherein the product comprises from 0.15% to 2% by weight of the at least one diester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and linolenic acid. 19. The product according to claim 1, wherein the glucose is esterified in at least one position chosen from position 1, position 2, position 3 and position 6. 20. The product according to claim 19, wherein the glucose is esterified in at least one position chosen from position 1 and position 6. 21. The product according to claim 1, comprising: from 40% to 80% by weight of at least one monoester of glucose and of linoleic acid, from 10% to 20% by weight of at least one monoester of glucose and of oleic acid, from 5% to 20% by weight of at least one monoester of glucose and of palmitic acid, from 0.5% to 7% by weight of at least one monoester of glucose and of stearic acid, from 0 to 10% by weight of at least one monoester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid and linolenic acid, 0 to 10% by weight of at least one diester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and linolenic acid. 22. The product according to claim 21, wherein the product comprises from 60% to 75% by weight of the at least one monoester of glucose and of linoleic acid. 23. The product according to claim 22, wherein the product comprises from 68% to 72% by weight of the at least one monoester of glucose and of linoleic acid. 24. The product according to claim 21, wherein the at least one monoester of glucose and of linoleic acid is chosen from 6-O-octadeca-9,12-dienoyl-D-glucopyranose, 1-O-octa-deca-9,12-dienoyl-D-glucopyranose, 2-O-octadeca-9,12-dienoyl-D-glucopyranose and 3-O-octadeca-9,12-dienoyl-D-glucopyranose. 25. The product according to claim 21, wherein the product comprises from 12% to 17% by weight of at least one monoester of glucose and of oleic acid. 26. The product according to claim 25, wherein the product comprises from 14% to 15% by weight of the at least one monoester of glucose and of oleic acid. 27. The product according to claim 21, wherein the at least one monoester of glucose and of oleic acid is chosen from 6-O-octadeca-9-enoyl-D-glucopyranose, 3-O-octadeca-9-enoyl-D-glucopyranose, 1-O-octadeca-9-enoyl-D-glucopyranose and 2-O-octadeca-9-enoyl-D-glucopyranose. 28. The product according to claim 21, wherein the product comprises from 7% to 15% by weight of the at least one monoester of glucose and of palmitic acid. 29. The product according to claim 28, wherein the product comprises from 9% to 12% by weight of the at least one monoester of glucose and of palmitic acid. 30. The product according to claim 21, wherein the at least one monoester of glucose and of palmitic acid is chosen from 6-O-hexadecanoyl-D-glucopyranose, 3-O-hexadecanoyl-D-glucopyranose, 1-O-hexadecanoyl-D-glucopyranose and 2-O-hexadecanoyl-D-glucopyranose. 31. The product according to claim 21, wherein the product comprises from 1% to 5% by weight of the at least one monoester of glucose and of stearic acid. 32. The product according to claim 31, wherein the product comprises from 2% to 4% by weight of the at least one monoester of glucose and of stearic acid. 33. The product according to claim 21, wherein the at least one monoester of glucose and of stearic acid is chosen from 6-O-octadecanoyl-D-glucopyranose, 3-O-octadecanoyl-D-glucopyranose, 1-O-octadecanoyl-D-glucopyranose and 2-O-octadecanoyl-D-glucopyranose. 34. The product according to claim 21, wherein the product comprises from 0.10% to 4% by weight of the at least one monoester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid and linolenic acid. 35. The product according to claim 34, wherein the product comprises from 0.15% to 2% by weight of the at least one monoester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid and linolenic acid. 36. The product according to claim 21, wherein the product comprises from 0.10% to 4% by weight of the at least one diester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and linolenic acid. 37. The product according to claim 36, wherein the product comprises from 0.15% to 2% by weight of the at least one diester of glucose and of at least one acid chosen from lauric acid, myristic acid, arachidic acid, behenic acid, lauroleic acid, myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid and linolenic. 38. The product according to claim 1, wherein the ratio of the number of ester functional groups in the esterified product to the number of initial hydroxyl functional groups, or degree of esterification, per glucose molecule ranges from 0.21 to 0.4. 39. The product according to claim 1, wherein the ratio of the number of ester functional groups in position 6 to the total number of ester functional groups, per glucose molecule, ranges from 0.55:1 to 1:1. 40. The product according to claim 39, wherein the ratio of the number of ester functional groups in position 6 to the total number of ester functional groups, per glucose molecule, ranges from 0.70:1 to 0.98:1. 41. The product according to claim 40, wherein the ratio of the number of ester functional groups in position 6 to the total number of ester functional groups, per glucose molecule, ranges from 0.90:1 to 0.97:1. 42. A composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least one O-acyl product, said at least one O-acyl product comprising from 40% to 80% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and linoleic acid, from 10% to 20% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and oleic acid, from 5% to 20% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and palmitic acid, and from 0.5% to 7% by weight of at least one ester of glucose and stearic acid, wherein ester refers to a mono and/or diester. 43. The composition according to claim 42, wherein the composition is in a form of a cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition comprising a cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable medium. 44. The composition according to claim 42, wherein the at least one O-acyl product is present in an amount ranging from 0.01 to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition. 45. The composition according to claim 44, wherein the at least one O-acyl product is present in an amount ranging from 0.1 to 10% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition. 46. The composition according to claim 45, wherein the at least one O-acyl product is present in an amount ranging from 0.5 to 5% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition. 47. The composition according to claim 42, wherein the physiologically acceptable medium is anhydrous or aqueous. 48. The composition according to claim 43, wherein the cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable medium is anhydrous or aqueous. 49. The composition according to claim 42, wherein the physiologically acceptable medium comprises at least one constituent chosen from water, organic solvents, surfactants, emulsifiers, hydrophilic and lipophilic thickeners, hydrophilic and lipophilic gelling agents, cosmetic agents, preserving agents, solvents, antioxidants, UV-screening agents, acidifying and basifying agents, oils and waxes of animal, mineral, plant and synthetic origin, fillers, dyestuffs, and cosmetic and pharmaceutical active agents. 50. The composition according to claim 49, wherein the dyestuffs are chosen from at least one of pigments and colorants. 51. The composition according to claim 49, wherein the cosmetic and pharmaceutical active agents are chosen from at least one of: compounds for improving the activity with respect to regrowth of hair and/or impeding hair loss; antibacterial agents; calcium antagonists; hormones; steroidal and non-steroidal antiinflammatory agents; antiandrogens; steroidal and non-steroidal inhibitors of 5-α-reductases; potassium agonists; retinoid RXR receptor agonists and retinoid antagonists; OH-radical scavengers; peptides; antidandruff and antifungal agents; free-radical scavengers, anti-seborrhoeic agents, antiparasitic agents, antiviral agents, anti-pruriginous agents; diazoxide, spiroxazone, phospholipids, linoleic acid and linolenic acid, salicylic acid and the derivatives thereof; hydroxycarboxylic acids and keto carboxylic acids and the esters thereof; lactones and the corresponding salts thereof; anthralin, carotenoids; eicosatetraenoic acid and eicosatrienoic acid and the esters and amides thereof; extracts of plant and bacterial origin; proteins and protein hydrolysates, amino acids, polyols, urea, allantoin, sugars and sugar derivatives, water-soluble vitamins, plant extracts and hydroxy acids; retinol (vitamin A) and the derivatives thereof, tocopherol (vitamin E) and the derivatives thereof, essential fatty acids, ceramides, essential oils, and salicylic acid and the derivatives thereof. 52. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the compounds for improving the activity with respect to regrowth of hair and/or impeding hair loss are chosen from nicotinic acid esters. 53. The composition according to claim 52, wherein the nicotinic acid esters are chosen from tocopheryl nicotinate, benzyl nicotinate and C1-C6 alkyl nicotinates; pyrimidine derivatives; and pyrimidine 3-oxide derivatives. 54. The composition according to claim 53, wherein the C1-C6 alkyl nicotinates are chosen from methyl and hexyl nicotinates. 55. The composition according to claim 53, wherein the pyrimidine derivatives are 2,4-diamino-6-piperidinopyrimidine 3-oxide. 56. The composition according to claim 53, wherein the pyrimidine 3-oxide derivatives are 2,4-diaminopyrimidine 3-N-oxide. 57. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the antibacterial agents are chosen from macrolides, pyranosides, and tetracyclins. 58. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the antibacterial agents are erythromycins. 59. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the calcium antagonists are chosen from cinnarizine, diltiazem, nimodipine, and nifedipine. 60. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the hormones are chosen from oestriol and the analogs thereof, vitamin D and the analogs thereof, and thyroxin and the salts thereof. 61. The composition according to claim 51, wherein steroidal and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents are chosen from corticosteroids. 62. The composition according to claim 61, wherein the corticosteroids are hydrocortisones. 63. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the antiandrogens are chosen from oxendolone, spironolactone, diethylstilbestrol, and flutamide. 64. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the steroidal and non-steroidal inhibitors of 5-α-reductases are chosen from finasteride and 4,6-dimethoxyindole-2-carboxylic acid and the derivatives thereof. 65. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the potassium agonists are chosen from cromakalim and nicorandil. 66. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the OH-radical scavengers are dimethyl sulphoxides. 67. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the peptides are chosen from tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val and α-MSH and the derivatives thereof. 68. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the antidandruff and antifungal agents are chosen from zinc pyrithione, piroctone olamine, selenium disulphide, tropolone, hinokitiol, hinokitiol-zinc and hinokitiol-copper, and divalent metal complexes. 69. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the phospholids are lecithins. 70. The composition according to claim 51, wherein the salicylic acid and the derivatives thereof are chosen from salicylic acid derivatives thereof bearing at least one alkanoyl group comprising from 2 to 12 carbon atoms in position 5 of the benzene ring. 71. The composition according to claim 42, wherein the composition is in a form chosen from aqueous and oily solutions; lotion dispersions; serum dispersions; emulsions of oil-in-water, water-in-oil and multiple emulsions; suspensions; aqueous and anhydrous gels; microcapsules and microparticles; ionic vesicular dispersions; nonionic vesicular dispersions; alcoholic and aqueous-alcoholic solutions; creams, gels and mousses; aerosol compositions; and solid preparations. 72. The composition according to claim 71, wherein the solid preparations are chosen from cleansing soaps and bars. 73. The composition according to claim 42, wherein the composition is in a form chosen from haircare compositions, medicated lotions and creams, hair setting lotions, styling creams and gels, dye compositions, restructuring lotions for hair, permanent-waving compositions, lotions and gels for preventing hair loss, and antiparasitic shampoos. 74. The composition according to claim 73, wherein the haircare compositions are shampoos. 75. The composition according to claim 73, wherein the dye compositions are chosen from oxidation dye compositions optionally in the form of coloring shampoos. 76. The composition according to claim 73, wherein the permanent waving compositions are chosen from compositions for the first stage of a permanent-waving operation.
