A wireless communication device comprising an input device to operate said wireless communication device, a microphone to input audio data to said wireless communication device, a speaker to output audio data from said wireless communication device, a video image generator to generate a plurality of images, and a display to display said plurality of images, wherein said wireless communication device is operable to implement voice communication by said microphone and said speaker; and wherein said video image generator functions under a first mode and a second mode, said video image generator processes a plurality of two-dimensional images and said plurality of two-dimensional images are displayed on said display under said first mode, and said video image generator processes a plurality of three-dimensional images and said plurality of three-dimensional images are displayed on said display under said second mode, wherein said wireless communication device is a handheld device which is operable to implement voice communication by utilizing said microphone and said speaker. 2. The wireless communication device as in claim 1, wherein said input device is a key pad. 3. The wireless communication device as in claim 2, wherein said video image generator comprises a video processor. 4. The wireless communication device as in claim 1, wherein said video image generator comprises a video processor. 5. The wireless communication device as in claim 1, wherein said video image generator comprises a video processor and a CPU. 6. The wireless communication device as in claim 1, wherein said first mode is changed to said second mode and vice versa by way of utilizing said input device. 7. The wireless communication device as in claim 1, wherein said plurality of three-dimensional images are composed of a plurality of polygons. 8. A wireless communication device comprising an input device to operate said wireless communication device, a microphone to input audio data to said wireless communication device, a speaker to output audio data from said wireless communication device, a video image generator to generate a plurality of images, and a display to display said plurality of images, wherein said wireless communication device is operable to implement voice communication by said microphone and said speaker; and wherein said video image generator functions under a first mode and a second mode, said video image generator processes a plurality of two-dimensional images and said plurality of two-dimensional images are displayed on said display when a phone number is input to said wireless communication device by utilizing said input device under said first mode, and said video image generator processes a plurality of three-dimensional images and said plurality of three-dimensional images are displayed on said display which represent a plurality of three-dimensional objects existing in a computer-generated three-dimensional space under said second mode, wherein said wireless communication device is a handheld device which is operable to implement voice communication by utilizing said microphone and said speaker. 9. The wireless communication device as in claim 8, wherein said input device is a key pad. 10. The wireless'communication device as in claim 8, wherein said video image generator comprises a video processor. 11. The wireless communication device as in claim 8, wherein said video image generator comprises a video processor and a CPU. 12. The wireless communication device as in claim 8, wherein said first mode is changed to said second mode and vice versa by way of utilizing said input device. 13. The wireless communication device as in claim 8, wherein said plurality of three-dimensional images are composed of a plurality of polygons. 14. A wireless communication device comprising an input device to operate said wireless communication device, a microphone to input audio data to said wireless communication device, a speaker to output audio data from said wireless communication device, a video image generator to generate a plurality of images, and a display to display said plurality of images, wherein said video image generator is capable of producing a plurality of two-dimensional images and a plurality of three-dimensional images, said video image generator functions under a first mode and a second mode, said video image generator processes a plurality of two-dimensional images and said plurality of two-dimensional images are displayed on said display when a phone number is input to said wireless communication device by utilizing said input device and thereby said wireless communication device is utilized as a mobile wireless telecommunication device by utilizing said microphone and said speaker under said first mode, and said video image generator processes a plurality of three-dimensional images and said plurality of three-dimensional images are displayed on said display which represent a plurality of three-dimensional objects existing in a computer-generated three-dimensional space when a three-dimensional image generating signal is input to said video image generator under said second mode, wherein said wireless communication device is a handheld device which is operable to implement voice communication by utilizing said microphone and said speaker. 15. The wireless communication device as in claim 14, wherein said input device is a key pad. 16. The wireless communication device as in claim 14, wherein said video image generator comprises a video processor and a CPU. 17. The wireless communication device as in claim 14, wherein said first mode is changed to said second mode and vice versa by way of utilizing said input device. 18.
