What is claimed as being new and desired to be protected by Letters Patent of the United States is as follows: 1. A roll holder comprising, in combination, a body, a means of connection whereby the body may be wrapped and secured around a roll-able material, a handle, and a business card holder, wherein the means of connection is attached by an attachment means to both edges of the body, the handle is attached by an attachment means across an upper surface of the body; and the business card holder is attached by an attachment means to the body in an area adjacent the handle, with the roll holder having at least one pocket, at least one hook and at least one strap, a rod and indicia, wherein the pocket is attached to an upper surface of the body by an attachment means, the hook being attached by an attachment means to the upper surface of the body, with the strap attached to the hooks, the rod being inserted into a pouch sewn along the upper surface of the body, and the indicia being located adjacent the business card holder on the upper surface of body.
