A device for indicating internal pressure of an inflatable cuff including a housing having:a first opening to which an inflation cuff tube can be coupled;a second opening to which a syringe can be coupled;a bellows having an open end in communication with an internal chamber;a cylindrical body portion made of transparent material having means for mounting the bellows therein for expansion and contraction in an axial direction of the bellows; andvents for venting the internal chamber to atmosphere, the arrangement being such that fluid pressure applied by the syringe in use can cause compression and extension of the bellows to thereby indicate pressure within the housing wherein the axis of the housing is not aligned with an axis of the first opening or an axis of the second opening.
